Nice little hotel 5 minutes walk from the London Excel. The area is a little deprived and looks sketchy, but the hotel is great. I stayed in the annex, not the hotel; the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival.

From arriving late evening, the warm welcome, excellent parking, staff assistance, room amenities and 12pm checkout, I cannot fault my stay and I travel for work near Excel often, will definitely be booking here again, thank you so much guys! 😊

This hotel although very small, was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed felt small but comfortable and nice plumpy pillows. Free parking and a nice location. Some of the other guests above us were a bit noisy around 2am but it weren’t to bad to complain as I went back to sleep.

Decent budget hotel for the occasion I stayed. The AC worked to perfection. There were issues with the safe in the room I stayed. However the surrounding area near the hotel is very "community" based, I would not walk around the area when it's dark but it was safe walking to the Excel during the day.

The hotel is located in Excel East London and is a great location for me to visit family in Upton Park. The secure parking is very good, but the should advise guests to take the side turn just before hotel to gain access. The Annex is over the road and above a grocery store, but appears very secure with comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay again when visiting family.

The property was lovely and clean, and the staff were ever so helpful. The complimentary fruit and water in reception was very much appreciated too. Very close to the Excel venue too, literally a 5 minute walk down the road. Luggage storage is also avaliable on site too

The staff members were nothing but lovely, we arrived early to leave our bags and they tried to see if they had a room available so we could do an early check in, they gave us all free a free bottle of water, and there was free fruit available, they also provided us with a map to help us reach the excel. The room was lovely, it had a hair dryer and a fan, we were even given a second fan when requested - which was wonderful as it was boiling that day. There was wifi available that worked amazing. The staff helped with all our enquiries, and were genuinely some of the nicest hotel staff ive ever met.

I would just like to say how wonderful the staff were at this cute hotel. I recently stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending a conference at the excel. From the moment i arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. All the staff were amazing and could not be more helpful. Breakfast was delicious too. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning on my next trip to London. Thank you Prince Regent Excel for making my stay so comfortable.

Was not expecting to be staying in “the annexe” which was converted rooms above a row of shops with a door straight onto high street which wasn’t secured by other guests leaving so for a lone female traveller it wasn’t suitable or safe. The room was tiny with bed pushed against one wall, would be very snug as a double for two guests. The price was good, the place was clean so I’m not saying don’t use it but sadly the room was unused by me as I’d rather get a late train home than use it and sleep with one eye open.

The pictures are very very misleading. The place is dirty outside. Litter and cigarette ends all outside the entrance. Did not feel safe walking back to the hotel at night as it is located in very rough area. Bathroom very tired and very small. Toilet seat was loose and yellow ! . The sealant is grim. Shower hanging off the wall. The guy who checked me in was very polite. I guess you get what you pay for but I wish I’d paid extra and gone elsewhere.

Getting fruit was nice. Breakfast was nice but I found it difficult to sleep because I was over the entrance and the light from the sign shone into the room. So not great if you are in that room
