Very happy with adjacent family rooms. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Gym and spa facilities next door to the hotel were fantastic.

Great location for central london access via bus/underground. Spacious rooms but very noisy in corridors at night (doors don't seem to keep out any noise). The four pillows provided quickly become as flat as pancakes ! Good wifi. Very good breakfast with wide variety. Will be in London again soon & may stay here again.

The room was clean and tidy. Even though we checked in late, the staff were very nice and friendly. Special thanks to Sabina and Donna — they were so welcoming when we checked out early in the morning. My kids especially loved the hot chocolate 🙂

I was surprised at a stain on the floor under the toilet and an item of rubbish, I assume from the previous occupant that hadn't been picked up. As a regular visitor to the hotel this was something I hadn't experience in previous visits. With hindsight I should have mentioned this to the reception staff, who were very helpful in explaining the heating system in the room. Never the less, I will be returning to the hotel in the near future

Plus points: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was very good. Shower was great and the soaps/shower gels etc were really good quality. Negative points: Room was missing a phone so we couldnt call for room service. The coffee facility was missing pods, and the bed sheets (whilst visibly clean) smelt very odd.

Checkin was fine. The car park was signposted, but not entirely obvious that it was the correct one for the hotel. Nice to be able to visit the swimming pool, spa and gym for free next door. I was given a 'free drink' voucher, but was unable to use it as the bar had no staff available at 18:30 on a Saturday to redeem it. There was a fire alarm at 1am, which meant everyone was forced outside, only immediately to be told to go back in. Families with small kids etc. Bed was very hard and gave me neck ache. There was a coffee machine, but only two decaf pods with space for four others which weren't there. Would I stay again? I doubt it.

Staff are exceptional, so personable and engaging. Phoned up to the room to check and make sure we had settled in okay. In conversation it came up that it’s my birthday this weekend and after I came back from dinner, they had brought up a complimentary dessert and card which was a nice touch. Highly recommend and will be staying again
