駐車場がすごく遠い スーペリアスイートを予約したが、エレベーターから部屋まで10分近く歩いた

Called on the day for parking, advised fully booked and were advised to use the Allianz website to book paid parking. Did this at £35, then when arrived was advised it’s free and just to register reg plate. No option for refund. On arrival to hotel, long queue for lift with no air conditioning. Had to queue again for check in, which was slow and staff had no customer service skills. Had to then queue again for lift (again with no air conditioning in lobby). Room was clean and spacious, but no tea and coffee making facilities. We booked a second room for our friend and he had no TV remote. Had dinner in the hotel restuarant - one member of bar staff was very rude and walked off when we were trying to order a drink. Limited food menu and very low quality food at restaurant. No customer service skills from restaurant staff. In the morning, we rang to reception (had to guess the number as no information in room) to ask for tea and coffee making facilities. Were provided with a kettle, but had to call again for tea bags, mugs etc. This was meant to be a birthday weekend celebration with a visit to England Rugby, and sadly the hotel experience was really disappointing. I would advise anyone staying at this hotel to read this review. Such a shame as the location is perfect for Allianz Stadium. Very surprised given that this is a Radisson hotel - not to their normal standard at all.

Not not far from Twickenham, easy to get to lovely and clean

Staff were very polite and nice. Room service usually forgot to bring something like cutlery. Housekeeping was a bit mixed, with one day being particularly poor. Lack of drawers is a nuisance. Shower great, no figuring anything out, yay!

Lovely location and rooms. Really disappointing check in as reception staff were unsure of process and far from welcoming sadly. Thankfully was only for one night!

The first thing we noticed was how welcoming all of the front of house staff were. Our family room was very comfortable, clean and quiet, with a really well-equipped bathroom. We would definitely return!

Undergoing renovations, though our room was nice, with access to the fitness club which was great for young children and a swim.

Helpful staff, spacious quiet room, convenient location at the Twickenham stadium. Some refurbishment work going on at present so the bar is a temporary area. Our room was ready for check in early which we really appreciated

There were renovations going on in the building, causing early morning/ all day noise. The rooms have windows but no opening, so the rooms get very hot and the air-con was intermittently working. It was a cool place to stay and their new rooms have been decorated nicely. Little food options in the restaurant.

Great hotel, stayed after watching a rugby match. Excellent gym and fitness suite, would highly recommend.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds, for 2 adults and a young child, our room only had one double bed. Reception quickly changed our room to one with 2 x queen beds, with no problem. Tried to call for room service 3 times before someone answered, previous attempts the phone rang off after about 2-3mins. When we finally got through, food arrived in about 15 mins and was good. Not great sound insulation, clearly heard conversations of people walking past the room We knew we were paying a premium for the location, but given the number of small issues, didn’t feel it was worth the money

The bedroom we stayed in (406) was boiling hot, we were unable to open the windows and the heating wouldn’t go below 21 degrees! This made spending any time in the room uncomfortable and we struggled to get to sleep. This was particularly difficult for our 2 children. On the Thursday morning we were woken abruptly around 6:30 by an exercise class from the gym. The music was so loud that it was vibrating through our room and I assume the person leading the class was using a microphone because we could hear what they were shouting throughout the class. I understand that the gym is attached to the hotel but found it unacceptable to be awoken by the classes, especially at this hour of the day when we were on a short break, hoping to be able to relax. I’d like a refund for our disappointing stay.

Average hotel, considering at the heart of English rugby. Car was parked in the car park at the north of the stadium. Too far to carry bags, but when we went to get the car and drive back to reception, it wasnt possible to get anywhere near as all roads were closed.

Very convenient for a Stadium event, but facilities were limited during a refurbishment and staff were clearly having trouble with a new booking system.
