We stayed in the Osprey room, a double room, very nicely refurbished. The bed was king sized and quite comfortable. Breakfasts were fine with a nice variety of food offered.

We had the most amazing bank holiday weekend staying at this lovely B&B in Keswick! As two friends who love hiking, it was the perfect base for exploring the Lakes. The location couldn’t have been better – close to beautiful trails, stunning views, and the town centre for a well-earned meal after a long day out.
The room was spotless, cosy, and really comfortable – exactly what you need after a day on the fells. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, giving us great tips on walks and local spots we might have otherwise missed.
Breakfast each morning was a real highlight – fresh, delicious, and set us up perfectly for our hikes. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home.
We honestly had such a fab weekend and didn’t want to leave. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly place to stay in Keswick – especially if you’re planning some outdoor adventures!

Breakfast was freshly cooked and the apple juice and orange juice were lovely. The room was pristine and there was a kettle with plenty of tea and coffee. Everything screamed quality from the bedsheets to the towels to the bathroom toiletries. There was a gorgeous residents lounge with an honesty box with drink and snacks that was a lovely touch. The Stay was good and the staff were lovely. There was just a couple of things that let it down. Our room was opposite a car park with a gym and the blinds were almost see through so had to keep the curtains closed if we were in the day and secondly we were woken up at 5 by a huge noise like an engine underneath the room I'm unsure what it was but very very loud. The bed was so comfy though and the bathroom was lovely just them little things that let it down.

Positives: Great location (5 min walk into town), out of season lots of parking available nearby, great breakfast choice, bed very comfy.
Negatives: breakfast was too early (must order before 9 am), room was too small (not all rooms were like this), electricity cut out twice during our stay (host did make an effort to fix this).
