Really nice property room staff and breakfast thoroughly recommend IF you have a car- otherwise a bit inconvenient for public transport

Room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Very Disappointed spa faciities were unavailable during our stay. This was not made clear when booking!!

Can’t recommend this place enough, a very friendly and helpful welcome, the room was immaculate with everything you needed in it, one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in, in a hotel. Breakfast was really good, the girls on shift were lovely they really went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Will definitely be back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The staff here are super friendly and genuinely helpful. Whatever the situation, they always try their best to sort things out for you. It really makes you feel welcome and well looked after. Highly recommended!

Staff were helpful

Great staff, nice room, breakfast more flexible than they initially say, so don't be put off by initial "rules". Only downside was very silly lighting in rear 3 rooms. An absolutely pointless sensor light in bathroom that turns on all the time. Then turns off all the time when in shower. Fan that keeps going for 20 mins with light. So middle of night, when one person has a piddle, this blazing searchlight comes on for 5 minutes... And noisy fan for 20 minutes and won't go off. Really stupid and annoying. A normal on/off is easy and better. Tech gone crazy. I had to tape it up with electrical tape to stop it during night. Staff kept removing tape.

Hotel is convenient for rail to Kings Cross my room was recently refurbished and shower modern. The outstanding feature of this hotel is the friendly helpful staff.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hadley Hotel. From start to finish, the service was excellent — every detail was taken care of and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. A special mention has to go to Tom, who truly kept everything running smoothly and made the experience feel seamless. The food was another highlight of my stay. The menu was full of delicious options, but the bangers and mash were to die for — honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. My bedroom was also fantastic: beautifully presented, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had such a restful night’s sleep. Overall, the Hadley Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service, amazing food, and a comfortable stay.

The room was updated and clean. The shower was hot with great water pressure and a handheld showerhead. Big fluffy towels. Very comfortable bed. Good closet space and shelving. The included breakfast was very good and the coffee excellent. All the staff were warm, welcoming, helpful and attentive. The bar/restaurant seems to be a fun neighborhood spot and welcoming to children and dogs. The neighbourhood is lovely and you can take a peaceful walk through a wood to Barnet High St., or walk or a short bus to High Barnet station where the Northern line takes you downtown.

This was my first stay. Friendly and helpful reception experience. Lovely spacious room with all facilities needed including ample wardrobe space with hangers and iron/ironing board. Good views from top floor and fantastic aircon which was very much needed as it was a London heatwave. All employees were exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Very friendly welcome from employees and locals in the bar during the evenings. Would highly recommend.

We only used the hotel for a bed and breakfast while visiting family nearby but we will certainly use it again.

Room is quite small for a double accommodation but the facility & bathroom was very clean.

Great welcome form the team when we turned up last minute. Large vegan breakfast. Warm welcome at Breakfast. Nothing too much trouble. Nice touch was that they went and put the Air con on in the room straight after I booked when it has been 30+ that day.
