The room was clean , All the staff were helpful ,courteous and nothing was to much trouble. All food was good and would use this hotel again . Thank you for making my stay in the area a relaxed pleasant one

Great early arrival time, staff excellent and very helpful, room clean, beds comfortable had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was of good quality and well presented again the staff was very organised and he helpful with the menu. Only thing I would recommend is better shower tap (one with thermostat). Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.

Staff were so lovely and caring, especially Maria at breakfast. Hotel is very welcoming and comfortable with easy parking. Nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfast. Astonishing value. Will return.

The two staff who helped me change room were amazing and thank you. Unfortunately this hotel is not what it looks like or says. Rooms are horrible - mold in the bathroom / sink broken / dirty room / rooms are. Shoe box it’s an utter joke of a hotel. Don’t bother. Other than how helpful the girls are reception were, this hotel was one big catfish. I wanted a refund but at at that moment all I could think about was getting out of there. What a great Tuesday

Really happy with this little find. Clean functional room, great breakfast and the loveliest staff! Nothing was too much trouble. Special nod to Alannah and her colleague who were very personable, professional and obviously enjoy their jobs! We’ll be back.

The room was immaculate and that was meant to be a standard room! The smell coming into the room was absolutely divine as well - all the staff were so helpful, Cassie at front desk was very friendly and bubbly made me feel very welcome and the morning staff at breakfast were equally lovely and helpful - I had an important meeting I had to go to at work so had to leave at 7:30 and they provided a full English to takeaway! (Which was 10/10) In conclusion I would definitely stay at this establishment again, many thanks to everyone at Hadley hotel

Friendly welcoming staff. Room & En suite immaculate. A very enjoyable stay.

Staff seemed courteous.

Did not eat there so cannot comment on food/bar. Room was spacious however unclean, blood & stains on sheets, duvet & mattress protector, chewing gum stuck to bedside table, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I telephoned down to chap who had checked me in, he did not come to look or speak, young girl who did was very polite, apologetic & explained no cleaning staff on site, she had been sent up changed all the bedding & advised would tell manager about bed and also about bathroom & bedside table. I did not hear from a manager that night & did check out before breakfast due to travel to work appointment. No follow up contact or formal acknowledgment/apology was received from any manager.
