Staff is really helpfull and polite . Location is very good, very close to Victoria Albert and National History museum. But the walls are very thin you can hear every voice and feel every movement happens next room. the building is old you can feel it. we had a bad smell at the bath.

We have stayed at this hotel on two previous occasions and this time we were very disappointed overall. When we asked about an upgrade we were literally “fobbed off”, service in the bar and casual dining was disorganised to say the least. Our room when cleaned one day we weren’t provided with face washers and another day no body wash. Our last night it was windy and the noise from something loose on the roof was extremely loud and annoying. Our next time in London we would be looking at other hotels.
