Odd too hotel. I had to ask for the coffee service to be refreshed completely. My friend had a suite and had to request the empty bottles be cleared three times. These are privileged people’s issues but it was an expensive hotel. Food was great. Location was fantastic for Kensington area.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The front desk was very helpful, Ann at the switchboard, Maintenance et all. Clean room, and very comfortable beds. Lobby bar is also perfect, the bartender was very professional and made great cocktails.
