Located very close to the bustling St Ives on breathtaking Carbis Bay, it should definitely be a preferred choice of stay for travellers. Our genial host Mark was attentive to our needs and provided us with a hearty breakfast each day. The B&B is spotlessly clean and has a parking space too. Highly recommended!

Mark the host could not have been better or nicer . Went out of his way to help .
Where a laundry was, he said please give me your things. I’ll wash them for you.- and then when I came back to my room, they had been hung in my wardrobe. He went above and beyond in all areas very impressive thanks again, Mark.

Mark and Anna were impeccable hosts and couldn’t do enough to help us with our stay. Would highly recommend the Mustard Tree. Far enough out of the town to be out the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk. Ideally situated near a bus stop and the train station. What more could you want. Excellent service 👍
