In general is okay apart from the radiator and the hot water supply was not working properly.

We had a lovely stay at The Mustard Tree. Mark and Anna were excellent hosts, and our room was spotless. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good. Mark and Anna both worked really hard to ensure we had everything we needed. We look forward to returning.

We had a lovely stay at Mustard Tree. Anna and Mark are great hosts - we were given a very warm welcome at check-in and they also dedicated time to chat with guests and offered invaluable travel tips around Cornwall. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Overall an excellent experience - would highly recommend!

The property was well kept. Room was very clean, comfy, cozy and quiet - with all amenities needed. The included breakfast was very satisfying and cooked to perfection. Even though hot chocolate was not on the menu, was provided at request and most delicious. Being greeted at the train station was an incredible help after a long journey. Mark and Anna were brilliant hosts and have such a good knowledge of the area. The place is also very good if you are travelling around easy transport links. Parking is good. The rooms are very nice and clean with tea making facilities and mini fridge with water. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is an excellent property at a very good location. The host is very friendly and super efficient. The accommodation is very clean, modern and all the necessary supplies are provided. The breakfast option is very good and there is a very good vegetarian restaurant (The Bean Inn) within walking distance but it is very small, so pre booking is recommended. Mark and Anna have compiled a very good guide for all the information you would need for your stay and exploration. I highly recommend The Mustard.

Es war alles wunderbar. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war toll. Sehr gepflegte Gegend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Strasse hin, was etwas laut war vom Verkehr her, aber für nicht Lärmempfindliche wohl kein Problem.

It’s a very nice location to either Carbis bay and St Ives. Very friendly and I felt like a family accommodation there. Very friendly and well looked after to us.

The Mustard Tree is a fantastic B&B, in fact we would go as far as to say it is the best we have ever stayed in. Both Mark and Anna are excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The room had a nice view and was very comfortable. The property itself is clean, light and airy, and the breakfast room was very well stocked with all the usual options catered for. The location is excellent and a short walk down the lane, (quite a hill) takes you to the sea front, and half way down there is the railway station which takes three minutes to get to St Ives, and all the facilities that it has to offer. At the time of our stay the return fare was £2.20!! Oh, and the views from the train are amazing. Locally, there are a few eateries, all of which are within a short stroll and certainly worth a visit. All in all, this a first class establishment, and we would highly recommend The Mustard Tree to anyone looking to stay in or around the St Ives area in a friendly relaxed environment, we will certainly be visiting again next year.
