In general is okay apart from the radiator and the hot water supply was not working properly.

Mark the host could not have been better or nicer . Went out of his way to help . Where a laundry was, he said please give me your things. I’ll wash them for you.- and then when I came back to my room, they had been hung in my wardrobe. He went above and beyond in all areas very impressive thanks again, Mark.

Mark and Anna were impeccable hosts and couldn’t do enough to help us with our stay. Would highly recommend the Mustard Tree. Far enough out of the town to be out the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk. Ideally situated near a bus stop and the train station. What more could you want. Excellent service 👍

Ideal for our short stay in mid-April. The short train trip along the coast to St Ives was beautiful.

We had a lovely stay at The Mustard Tree. Mark and Anna were excellent hosts, and our room was spotless. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good. Mark and Anna both worked really hard to ensure we had everything we needed. We look forward to returning.

Welcoming and friendly owners. Excellent accommodation - great breakfast choices and very well prepared. Location in Carbis Bay with a shuttle train to St Ives and St Erth nearby as well as a convenient bus service.

We had a lovely stay at Mustard Tree. Anna and Mark are great hosts - we were given a very warm welcome at check-in and they also dedicated time to chat with guests and offered invaluable travel tips around Cornwall. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Overall an excellent experience - would highly recommend!
