We recently stayed for one night at The Prince Akatoki London for our wedding anniversary. The staff were very welcoming. A special shout out to Hikaru who took the time to make sure we felt relaxed and at home. Our Deluxe room was clean, calming and cosy. The chocolate and note waiting in our room, along with a glass of champagne on arrival, were a lovely touch. We also really enjoyed the complimentary soft drinks. A real highlight was the Japanese breakfast. It’s not easy to find an authentic Japanese breakfast in London and this didn’t disappoint. The selection of pickles, salmon, rice and miso soup was a perfect way to start the day. The location is ideal for shopping, within walking distance of Oxford Street and Selfridges, while still being in a relatively quiet area. We’re glad we chose Prince Akatoki and would highly recommend it.

Overall it' s a good stay and experience but the details are not up to par to a 5 star hotel. Some of the staff are really nice and super helpful. Breakfast is good but again not memorable and the room, though a superior, was a shoebox .

All excellent the only thing letting the hotel down was there were some old dirty socks behind the tv cabinet obviously left by a prior guest but they were there for the full three days we stayed which makes you question how well the room was cleaned if the staff did not spot them there !!! Such a shame as everything else was spot on .

Hotel is in an excellent location just off Oxford Street and Edgware Road area so lots of restaurants, and shops but is extremely quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely hotel in a great location, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were really lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade. My partner is pregnant and they were able to provide a specific pregnancy pillow which was a real surprise and really appreciated. We had a great stay.

We stayed at The Prince Akatoki London the night before our wedding at The Old Marylebone Town Hall as it is a dog friendly hotel and we could not recommend it enough. We told the hotel about our two dogs via email, communication was quick and helpful. Our room was upgraded and we received complimentary bottle of bubbles and a note saying congratulations. The dogs had their own bed and a little teddy! Room service and breakfast was amazing. My in-laws also stayed in a separate room and they had a great stay. Thanks to The Prince Akatoki London for making our night so special and going above and beyond.

Extra bit of class. Throughout the experience it felt like the employees and the hotel just made that extra bit of effort. Short walk to Marble Arch but down a quiet road (literally opposite) which made it feel like you were not close to the hustle and bustle.

Everything was perfect, a masterful blend of London and Japan. The room was well stocked with water, soft drinks, snacks, teas and coffees and had immaculate lighting which really made you feel relaxed. The bedding and mattress really shined for a wonderful sleep. Gym was great in comparison to a lot of other hotel gyms with a very high calibre of treadmills and a peloton. Dumbbells went up to 22.5kg which was ok for an impropmptu workout. The room was perfect, down to the very last detail with an amazing bath and shower. Staff were paid very high attention to detail whilst maintaining a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which really impressed us. The breakfast was well stocked and had a nice variety of hot menu options, as well as buffet bits and drinks. All in all, would highly recommend the Prince Akatoki to anyone looking for a unique and frankly perfect stay within the city!
