The Villa Kensington

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast, very clean everywhere in hotel.

A nice hotel if you’re just looking for a standard room to sleep in before heading out to sightsee during the day. The room was pretty quiet, no traffic noise or anything like that. And it was warm and fairly clean. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but not too bad. And the hotel is really close to the tube station so really handy getting to local theatres and attractions and it’s also close to fast food and coffee shops and grocery stores

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room was really clean but a little tired. Rules were loose in the bathroom and the shower was held up with sticky tape. The staff were really friendly and professional and the location is great for RAH. Bed was nice and comfy which is the most important thing!!

The rooms are small but clean and adequate and within walking distance of Gloucester Road tube station. Very convenient also for local amenities.

Basic room. TV didn’t work. Good location.

They put me in a basement with moldy walls,moths in the room,old carpet and furniture. They said they couldn’t change it due to hotel fully booked. The receptionist was nice though. And the area is amazing. This is the worst room I have ever been by far, for $200!!!. The bathroom was the only renovated thing.

Although the rooms were clean the bathroom sink had a crazed crack in it. The shower was not very powerful. Only one bath towel per person was provided no hand towels. It would have been nice to have had a full length mirror even if it had been inside on the wardrobe door. There was no tea/coffee/milk available in the rooms but this could be picked up in reception

Loved it all, I left y luggage and enjoyed the walk about the shops. Close to Underground Tube. Lovely neighborhood. Great staff. Modern yet traditional outside.

The property is in an excellent location, but a significant upgrade is needed in the standard of decoration to make it suited to the home expectations of contemporary visitors to London.

The hotel was very nice and the associates continued to make sure we had everything we needed. The area was clean and so close to everything. I would strongly recommend this hotel
