We wanted to stay at The Vincent Hotel for a while so chose to spend the night for our anniversary. We had a warm welcome from reception. Our room was lovely, clean and quite modern. We were at the front of the hotel overlooking Lord Street. Not long after checking in we had a knock on the door and were given 2 glasses of fizz for our anniversary which was nice. In the evening we ate in the hotel restaurant. As a guest we had a 15% discount. The service was great and the food was tasty. We popped to the bar for a drink before heading back to our room. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi signal was a bit hit and miss. The shower was powerful but it was over a small bath with high sides that you need to climb over. There is a grab rail and step but you need to be careful. There was a great selection of fresh food at breakfast. You can choose a full English if you want. There was also cereal, breads, pastries and fruits or you can choose items from the breakfast menu. We parked in an NCP car park at Southport Promenade which was about a 4 minute walk away. It was £4.95 for 24 hours when reserved on their app. We would definitely love to stay at The Vincent Hotel again.

Couldn't fault the hotel, excellent value for money. Great location too. Will definitely stay here again. It was spotless, the rooms big and had everything you need. Breakfast was included and was lovely. Lots of choice.

Very easy check in room spotless we was in front room at top some loud music and noisy but it was a Saturday night the noise was from next doors hotel and only problem was 2single beds putt together as a double really comfy but rolled in middle but apart from this lovely stay

Staff were very polite and friendly, took advantage of the valet parking (£20) which made the booking in process super quick and easy Hot and cold food at breakfast was good and constantly being topped up and refreshed

Again we have stayed here and it never failed to please. From the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out. We were greeted with smiles and all the staff were lovely, even the maintenance man whom was around the hotel. I love the hotel being central of Lord St, and the fact our car is taken to be parked safely during our stay. Breakfast is always plentiful from a variety to choose from. The staff are familiar from working here so long, which is a comfort. We will be back again. Thank you to the Vincent for another lovely weekend.
