First time staying here , but won't be our last ! from arriving to checking out , we LOVED , LOVED it! We had a studio room overlooking Lord Street. Great location close to everything, handy for the train station! Staff were lovely and helpful. We will be back 😍

Great location for myself and my son visiting for the open. Good room and bathroom, very quiet with everything we needed. Very good bar downstairs with excellent staff. The breakfast was first class. Definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Vincent 3-6 July while attending a local event. The staff have showed excellent initiative realising we might prefer a twin room as we checked in and making the necessary changes to allow this. In the restaurant and at breakfast the staff showed similar mindsets pre-empting anything we might need, resolving any questions without any fuss and were friendly and approachable. The room was spacious with a fridge, iron, kettle, lovely shower (not suitable for anyone with reduced mobility or balance issues), plenty of towels and toiletries and comfortable beds. The hotel has valet parking but we were able to find reasonable parking close by. While the room was lovely, the tinted mirrors and moody ambient lighting made doing makeup impossible. Be prepared to step outside or into the lift to check your blending! Overall I would definitely come back and stay again!

Room was nice and overlooked Lord Street. Reception staff very accommodating, had several nice breakfasts and dinner. Bar drinks were good. No complaints. The bath/shower was a step up design and was super deep. Not sure it would work if you had disabilities.

Staff very helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded, due to it being our wedding anniversary, and they gave us chocolates in the room and put petals on the bed. Very comfortable nights sleep would highly recommend

Firstly the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly, very helpful. Bar and dining room very good. We paid extra for an upgrade room and felt, although the room had plenty of space, it was a little dated and very dark, especially the bathroom.

The Staff are very helpful & friendly. The hotel restauraunt & Bar area are very nice. Breakfast is good with great service from the staff. Hotel is in a great spot on the high street close to everything you may want to visit, Shops Restauraunts & Bars. Beach is only a few minutes walk. I stayed with my Wife for 3 nights in a V - Residence room. Rooms are quite big with 2 single beds pushed together, the mattresses were very springy so not very comfortable also noisy when you moved around or turned over. There was a small area to hang your clothes but we could only fit 3 items each on the hanger area. The ironing board was uneven when you tried to use it and the iron leaked all the time when used. There is a free safe a kettle with the usual tea & coffee etc. The Espresso coffee machine leaked both times i tried to use it, so gave up trying. The carpet outside the bathroom door seemed slippy if you walked on it with bare feet, my wife slipped on it coming out of the bathtoom. The Bathroom had lots of toiletries however the toilet seat was loose and the shower tub was very difficult to get in and out of safely, it was so unsafe my wife went home after the first night, i was am 6ft and i struggled it is very deep, awful idea. A normal shower tray would be much safer. I was going to ask to be moved but as i was checking in, another guest checking in was asking if he could have a different room but was told they are very busy and had no rooms available. So never asked to move
