The Z Hotel Victoria

The room was immaculate. Did not have breakfasr as as going into surgery early bext morning.

The room was tiny. Everything else was fine.

Great location . Excellent accommodation value. However the bar is seriously over priced £6.40 for a bottle of beer ,

It was the best sleep I’ve had for years! Location was incredible- and staff were absolutely fantastic! Mohammed and Valery were the main people I would see and would always go above and beyond! And for breakfast, i didn’t like the food options but the cappuccino was the BEST!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Victoria underground and bus stations. Several pubs nearby and a small bar at the hotel. Worked well for bus from Heathrow and to the cruise port. I’d book there again.

Excellent location for our needs. Easy to get to from LHR and easy for our onward journey to Kent via Victoria train station (5 minute walk). Very professional and helpful staff, great breakfast. Will definitely use again when visiting London in the future.

Nice location nice hotel

This hotel was near the tourist attractions. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. Breakfast had a nice variety to choose from. The only complaint was that the rooms are very small. But if you're staying one or two nights, it was fine.

I was initially surprised by my room as booking for 1 I thought I’d be in a single shoebox but it was a double bed and whilst yes not much space, it was big enough for me for 1 night. However, the problem started when trying to go to sleep. My room 717 must have been situated when a toilet flush run is (basement room) and below the reception area so all night there were loud rushes of water and footsteps and doors. I’m lucky if I got an hour of sleep in total. Bed was comfy, room was warm but so unbelievably loud. I’m sure other rooms would be fine but 100% avoid room 717!!

Good quality room and great staff service even taken the bags into the room before check in! Lower ground floor rooms can be noisy due to the proximity to the underground

Nice and helpful staff , pretty good breakfast but very expensive. Bed is comfortable and room is ok bit squashed. Only criticism is the noise which is constant throughout the night lifts and the walls are very thin. When the trains are running it’s very loud and bellowing. Staff and room is fine but noise is loud

Mattress was very firm and a bit thin. Otherwise room was fine and did the job.

Great location, and excellent vibe. Room was small but fair for the price. The hotel was great at communicating and when our flight was delayed and when we needed to have a package delivered.

Bed in room 314 was rock hard, I woke up in physical pain in my hips and back! Staff didn’t care when I passed on the feedback!

Good location for a one night stay to see a west end show. Hotel was having work done so drilling and smell of paint and workmen around the hotel although the drilling stopped in the late afternoon and we were out all evening. Small but cosy. Staff friendly

I recommend asking a for a room not on the ground floor as the tube runs right underneath and you can hear it. The mattresses are VERY thin and hard. The coffee cups had coffee stains and lipstick around the rim.
