방이 좁아서 캐리어를 펼칠수없었어요. 조식은 좋았고 저녁 와인, 치즈바가 있었는데 시간이 안맞아서 이용은 못했어요.

Room is small but there was AC and it was walking distance to Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. Breakfast was nice and in the afternoon the had snacks and drinks. Nice touch.

The staff, especially Zuzana, was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, close to coach and train transportation as well as the London sights we wanted to see. The windowless room we selected, based on the best rate, was very small but for our short visit was just fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Competitively priced way to stay in Central London with few frills - if all you need is a bed to rest your feet and a shower to wash up at the end of a day experiencing the city this is a great choice located near a tube station.

Foi incrível, entregou tudo o que prometeu, ar-condicionado, elevador, equipe de funcionários atenciosos, recepção 24h e ótima localização (próximo do metrô). Uma das funcionárias foi super amigável (infelizmente não sabemos o nome dela), mas foi exemplar!

Great location. Clean, cold room. The room was small but big enough. Would stay again!

Room is very compact but I knew that when booking so it was not a problem, and we were only here one night for a theatre show. Its location is excellent for theatre shows at the Apollo and Victoria Palace, and also in walking distance to some big tourist attractions. Lots of cafes and restaurants very close by too. Was so thankful to have decent air conditioning in the room as it was 35 degrees in London when we arrived. Early check in was available on the day (small fee) which was great and also opted for a late check out the following day. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Kunne vært noe bedre renhold på badet før ankomst. Trange rom som forventet.

Fick fin hjälp av personalen som var väldigt tillmötesgående. Bra luftkonditionering gjorde att storleken på rummet, som var liten inte alls kändes jobbig. Läget är perfekt!

Overall I don’t think the hotel provided value for money. We paid £83 for 2 people for breakfast over 3 days, however it left a lot to be desired. There were a few things we chose not to eat because they had been left uncovered for hours. There also just wasn’t a lot of choice for the amount we paid. The room itself was adequate and the air con was very good. However, it kept making loud grating noises throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. We were advised that the room would be cleaned every other day, but this did not happen at all. We found some hairs on the bed from previous occupants. Location-wise the hotel was ideal as we were only 5 minutes from the station. However for the amount paid, we expected a better experience for paying guests. The staff generally were really helpful, aside from the cleaners.

Ticked all the boxes for a one night stay. Still plenty of activity when I arrived at midnight. Staff friendly. Super close to the station

AC kept the room cool.

Property is starting to be a little dated Some soft areas on the floor that might mean damage The coat hanger position so if you use it the television is obscured. Still good value

Sleeping under ground, no windows with turn trains going by all ninny. Like being in a coffin. Serves a purpose but good luck.

Loud air conditioning unit and sounds of construction all morning long. We booked a no window room, it was literally a closet, nothing bad expect for the air flow. There was no airflow in the room but overall an average stay for a fairly decent price
