I stayed here for two nights away on business. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The facilities are fantastic. If you get to use the pool and gym etc. they are very good and worth a bit of time. Especially at the end of a long day. Parking is very convenient and the staff are helpful and professional. One of the best village hotels I’ve been too.

The shower dripped slightly which was only noticed when we bedded down to sleep due to the dripping noise. The swim and spa area was enjoyed and the room very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A basic hotel that was fine but had a number of flaws. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything said by our neighbours next door. In the room, all of the hooks had snapped off leaving nowhere to hang towels, there was no aircon and the room was 27degrees on entry and a challenge to cool down. Additionally, the room is only freshened up on request, meaning no replacement mugs, tea bags etc. for days and it would have been very helpful to have water glasses provided. Lastly, check-in is done digitally and there is no way to contact reception as the ‘contact’ option is an ai bot which only tells you the opening hours of the restaurant- useless.

Nice area with EV fast charging network. The hotel is very tech and quite modern in Blackpool area with self check in with no people in the counter nor any button to call a staff. Free car parking with lots of space. 1 thing to mention is that the key will locked automatically at 11am and you can’t get in anymore. And there are no telephone in the room and they suggested using the online chat to find a staff but no one response. However, the room is quite clean and comfortable.
