So after paying what I thought was good money for a hotel that was near to the Hospital as my son is in there, I was obviously wrong, not only do you have to pay for parking but to use the other amenities you have to pay for these as well, so basically the hotel is not 4* I would say more like 2*, then the room, well the cleanliness on this room was disgusting, no air con, however a fan, and a window that opens minimalisticaly, then when I got on the 1st of 2 beds as it was a twin, I was itching, so I switched to the other bed, after that I was fine, so other bed was not used, the TV providing the aerial was working it found the channel but not great, then the window blind well that was disgusting with fly carcasses all over it, the window sill, and lack of cleaning in the room makes me wonder who actually cleans this place, then the restaurant well if you want a cheap burger with fries and a few leaves £23.00 so I opted to go to KFC, as for peaceful nights stay well I thought I was in club 18-30 as my room was positioned over the swimming pool and it was noisy, the only good concept was waking up to the sound of lions in the zoo next door, there was one lad that was helpful on check in that paid for a coffee but that's it, the breakfast you also have to pay for, I did for one day to see what it was like and they have the odd continental style and the fry up but where was the cheese.
Basically in a nutshell this hotel needs a major upgrade.
