Very clean. Perfect place if you want to relax. Absolutely beautiful. The management and the staff. Went above and beyond. I could not rate this place more highly. Both lady’s on reception. Were amazing. A lot of hotels could take tips of these two. Fantastic.

I rarely give these but I’m afraid the Willen was poor on so many levels. When we got there we paid £15 per night per vehicle the Cleaning of the room was shocking with awful dust on walls headboard and lampshades. Housekeeping didn’t come in over out three night stay. My tv had clearly not been working on any channel for a while but luckily I packed a laptop. Internet was beyond shocking so had to tether to my phone to watch anything. It’s clear the hotel is struggling financially but these things are basic for travellers needs!

The outside of property was dirty. The inside decor was tired there was bad smell of drug taking outside property Rooms tired bad stains on chair. Lights not working. Extractor fan wasn’t working on bathroom. This was a birthday gift for my husband

Firstly got there we booked a view and balcony of the lake they gave us a shabby old room a disabled room with a window onto the lake no tv working no hot water staff was rude to my partner when he spoke to them about this matter told us they didn’t have the room we wanted after lying they then gave us a room with balcony and view no hot water untill we spoke to staff in the morning not great

Lovely area great views. Restaurants nearby were fine. Room was clean although floor probably needed better vacuum. We moved rooms as receptionist warned showers had been repaired. They were not working very hot no cold coming through but opted to stay in room as view good.

Our 2nd stay at Willen Lodge. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. The shower was powerful and it was very quiet overnight. Previously we had a lake view room and this was the better option in my opinion. This time we had a room overlooking the back of the property which was not as pretty! A 25 minute walk to the theatre and restaurants.

I am still waiting on a refund as I got double charged for the room I payed twice when I should only be paying once this is a joke and have been wait 14 business days it’s 120£+ I’m still waiting …

Not sure on this. Its a old premier inn hotel by the looks of it. Very dated and unloved communal areas hallways and reception could really do with a good clean and a lick of paint. Room itself had a clean bathroom and everything I needed. Needs some love to bring it back up to standards

The staff was very friendly but the room I stayed in was not clean . The bath was dirty . I also paid extra for a lake view having said that you have to be quite tall , which I am not ,to enjoy the view from your bedroom. The location was great as you can enjoy a lovely walk around the lake .

A lovely view from the balcony over the lake. Comfy bed and good shower. The walk around the lake was beautiful and about a 30 minute walk in the centre of MK. We would definitely stay again. Just remember to check in first before paying for parking. £9 if you check in with the hotel first but £14 otherwise.
