We only stayed for one night before our flight back home and it was nice we had dinner which we enjoyed and the atmosphere was nice with music and lifely . Our flight was in the afternoon and they let us use the spa to relax before the flight. We really liked that

My opinions during my stay: The female staff at the reception were very attentive and supportive. However, the male receptionists in the morning were quite uninterested, and I don’t think they enjoy their job. I would like to sincerely thank the staff at the spa. While it should have been the reception’s responsibility to help me find a taxi, the spa staff were the ones who assisted me. I thank them once again. If you go to Park Hotel, make sure to visit the spa — they have excellent masseurs and staff. thank you

Do not book this hotel. The staff are absolutely awful, I had booked in my girlfriend and her friend for a one night stay before her birthday after she’d been travelling. I phoned the staff to get something for her birthday like flowers or a cake, I was willing to pay. The staff member on the phone said flowers would be fine so I ended the call and hung up, then a couple hours later he phoned to tell me they got champagne and that the cake would be “on the house” I was obviously very grateful. He told me the price of the champagne was €11.50 which is cheap but I took his word for it. Then the following day I was charged £60 out my account, I emailed to ask them why and they sent me the receipt and pricing menu, I said I was told the champagne was €11.50 not €50.00 if they’d told me the price I wouldn’t have paid it as they took one sip, they also charged me for the birthday cake despite saying it was free: I emailed them with this feedback and they totally ignored me, completely blanked me with no respond after I suggested they fix the communication between staff and customers to prevent this happening. Don’t book this hotel.

At arrival we were told that we only booked a room for 1 person, I had no internet on my phone so I couldnt check my booking at this time. We got to check in to our room and the manager told me that they would double check everything. I got to my room and sak that my confirmation said ’2 people’, after a coupe of hours I talked to the manager again and showed him my confirmation. All I got back was ”Yes I know”, well why didnt you inform is that the problem was solved? Not a great start. The room was nice and big, we had the Jazz Suite overviewing the river. The condition of the room was not so great tho. The shower tap was loose and we found some mole in the bathroom. There was construction going on during our stay, from 8 am to 5 pm. There was a note on the room with information about this, but we got no information at check in or before arrival. The noise was so loud that we didnt stay in our room at all during daytime. We called the manager and he told us that they would stop around 5 pm, no compensation what so ever. Overall an okey stay, but not worth the price. We’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels in this area with better service.
