Bellissima SPA, hotel ristrutturato e in ottime condizioni, letto comodo e stanze veramente molto spaziose e confortevoli...

La camera era bella spaziosa. Lo slot dove si inserisce la chiave era difettoso e serve per dare elettricità alla stanza e più volte ho perso tempo per farla funzionare La stanza era molto ordinata,comoda e pulita ma il secondo giorno nonostante il cartello appeso fuori che chiedeva di rassettare la stanza purtroppo non è stata mai messa in ordine. La spa molto carina ma l acqua della piscina era molto fredda(probabilmente perchè era stata cambiata l acqua e non c è stato il tempo necessario per riscaldarsi) Putroppo quando siamo scesi il secondo giorno per accedere alla SPA siamo stati rifiutati perchè il sabato normalmente è soldout e abbiamo dovuto prenotare per il giorno dopo. Tutto lo staff è veramente molto cordiale. La colazione è la classica internazionale ma mancano elementi essenziali come le uova fritte che se volete si pagano extra. Dispongono di un servizio navetta per l aeroporto ad un costo a partire da 25€ In hotel fanno anche il cambio valuta

My opinions during my stay: The female staff at the reception were very attentive and supportive. However, the male receptionists in the morning were quite uninterested, and I don’t think they enjoy their job. I would like to sincerely thank the staff at the spa. While it should have been the reception’s responsibility to help me find a taxi, the spa staff were the ones who assisted me. I thank them once again. If you go to Park Hotel, make sure to visit the spa — they have excellent masseurs and staff. thank you

Séjour incroyable dans cette chambre spacieuse et magnifique avec balcon. Le restaurant ainsi que le bar sont superbes aussi hôtel très classe que je recommande. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par le personnel qui est souriant et disponible. En revanche, la il y' avait beaucoup de monde le matin pour le petit déjeuner vers 7h30 à l'heure de l'ouverture, nous devions faire la queue. A deux reprises, nous sommes arrivées plus tard vers 9h et 9h30, c'était désert et il y avait encore du choix pour déjeuner ou sinon il fallait demander. Seul bémol, nous ne mettions pas la fiche pour changer les draps et serviettes tous les jours cependant, notre appartement a été fait tout de même et on a oublié de nous remettre 1 serviette entre autre, je l'ai signalé par mail car on m'avait laissé, à mon arrivée à la réception, une carte avec des coordonnées si besoin et je n'ai jamais eu de retour... La communication par mail est compliquée, privilégier le téléphone ou se déplacer à l'accueil. Dommage que ce ne soit pas possible de communiquer par Whatsapp comme certains hôtels, taxis et guides, c'est vraiment plus pratique. Dernière chose, notre chambre était à côté d'une pièce où se retrouvent les femmes de ménage où elles ont leurs chariots. C'est vraiment bruyant.

Gutes hotel

Beautiful hotel with an incredible spa. Room was comfortable and clean. Service in the restaurant and bar is very very slow, but apart from that it was excellent.

3 gece 4 gün kaldık çift olarak. Temizlik konusunda sınıfta kaldılar .oda temizliği yapılmıyor formaliteden girilip çıkılıyor . Havlu, terlik Malzemeler eksik bırakılıyordu. 2. Ve3.gün temizlik diye yaptıklarının fotoğrafını atacağım. Görseller ektedir. İnternet konusunda Netflix çekmedi açamadık .

The room was spacious and clean. The renovation is not finished yet, so the air conditioning doesn't work. The shower wall is made of glass and it is inside the room and can be seen. There was no curtain on the glass bathroom wall in our room, but some rooms have it. It is not good to have a glass wall in the bathroom when you are staying with your children. The hotel staff was very friendly and can speak English. Parking cant be done by yourself freely, you mıst give the keys to the hotel staff to park. It would be a better place when the renovation is finished. It has a very beautiful river view in a huge balcony.

This was the most dirty 5-star hotel I ever stayed at. I got to my room late in the even, but even in the dark I could see it was not clean. The sheets felt clean, so I decided to stay. The dirt was more in the corners, edges, the wall, the couch. You could see that they haven’t done a full clean probably in months. The bed was a cheap foam topper with awful dents in there. When I told the front desk about my experience, they even shared that indeed they got more complaints about the rooms not being clean. That was the worst part for me. If you are management, and you get more than one complaint about a room not being clean, you go and personally check every room to avoid any further issues. In short - they should replace management. They clearly are not in control and haven’t trained their staff properly.

The room was very quite and had a great view ober river. The lady at the Reception was not welcoming at all.

The hotel was beautiful , walking distance to center but the garbage was overflowing everywhere and dogs roaming some scary .

We only stayed for one night before our flight back home and it was nice we had dinner which we enjoyed and the atmosphere was nice with music and lifely . Our flight was in the afternoon and they let us use the spa to relax before the flight. We really liked that
