Great hotel for the value. Close to a lot of restaurants and downtown. The private room was super spacious and perfect for 4 people traveling together.

dirty and smells bad had to get it changed no service at the front I had to wait 5 hours for customer service never come here no heat the pictures look good but it’s so bad add there pls never go there go yourself hotel

I stayed in the dormitory since hotels in Rovaniemi can be quite expensive, and this property is very centrally located, close to bus stops, restaurants, and shops. There were several showers and toilets available, as well as a functional kitchen, which was very convenient. There’s also a café on the ground floor, making it easy to grab a coffee without having to go out into the cold, especially during winter. I also tried the private sauna for €18, which included a towel and water. There are also designated times when you can use the sauna for free if you don’t mind sharing it with others. Overall, it’s good value for money, especially if you’re traveling on a budget.

Good location, nice and comfortable room

We are family of four with two small kids (4and 6) we have stayed in their separate apartment- it has two rooms and great living space. Flat/ apartment was very comfortable and had all we needed , you are in the heart of Rovaniemi and everything is close from the food stores to restaurants and any travel agency for day trips. We have use BeyondArctic (they had a discount if you stay in hostel). Our breakfast was included and it’s plenty of choice (all continental) , but what was the best that we could have a hot buffet lunch after all our morning trips at the hostel (ps is very popular with locals and gets very busy , so sometimes you have to wait for a table , but most people are here on their break and don’t take long). Buffet was different every day and we found things for our kids and us , meaning we could just relax (kids eats free!!!) Overall great place , friendly staff , amazing location and we were often just hanging out on the swings inside the restaurant/reception while kids were playing in a little play area with lots of toys.

Arrived late, Instructions sent of where are room keys would be. Easy to follow instructions. Room was a little on the cool side, Spacious room. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast- Buffet style: porridge/meats/boiled eggs and toast we were able to leave our bags there while we went on an excursion for the day.

Great modern accommodation in the middle of the city at a decent price. Good breakfast.

The hostel was very clean, the layout was easy, and the beds were comfortable. However I did find it strange that guests with a room key were not able to access the rooftop terrace which was always empty. Seems like a waste not to have this area free to be used by their guests. I believe a special reservation needs to be made. When we asked if we could access with our room key the reception said “No” and did not elaborate further which I found strange. The service of the staff at the cafe wasn’t the warmest either, we were never acknowledged or greeted when we first entered the space and the receptionist, although professional, did not give a very friendly vibe. Overall we enjoyed the spacious rooms and the property was very clean. We had to check out early so unfortunately we could not enjoy the breakfast so we cannot comment on that.

Lovely place! My only gripe was the fact the curtains in the room didnt block much light out. Having said that I slept well 😇

A great place to stay

The setup and location are very convenient. Even though we were facing the street, we did not get any street noise. The private rooms are an excellent value.
