Good facilities all round. Disappointed with the buffet dinner, poor selection at 20.00 hours and lack of desserts which were just pieces of cake. For 23 euro’s i expected better value.

breakfast was amazing, The staff was great and the customer service was great. On the third day we asked for house keeping and they really didn't clean the room well and so that wasn't great

Loved the hotel! I was travelling with kids (9-12 yo) and we had a gorgeus newly renovated room with plenty of space and nice views. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Only downside was that gym and sauna was only open in the evening as there were renovations around it - but Allas pool with sauna is minutes away so we were ok! The location is fantastic and the staff were very friendly.

Great spacious rooms, fantastic buffet breakfast and our son enjoyed the gym.

The hotel is next to the Viking line terminal,, very strategic to get to the market, esplanadi park,, the cathedral city center very nice area,, the port to get Suomenlinna ferry , no complaints. Rooms are decent size and clean was there with my family and 8 yrs old very comfortable place. The pool with sauna place

The room is very small but very clean and functionable how was the ocean view plus have a bus stop which is very rare in New York

Big hotel, v busy, good location for city centre. Breakfast a bit repetitive. Our room had window hidden by large pillar so no view out of window - not good.

A centrally located hotel in a historic building. Great breakfast and a comfortable room. The shower for example was fab and the bed comfortable.

Very good hotel I would say. Just the Aircon was not working fully though could be because of centralised or it was already hot outside. The breakfast has got a decent range

Wifi was poor in the room and lobby area

AC was not as strong as we’d expected. Just about kept the room cool. Heating should have also been working as it got abit cool in the evening. They switch the heating off centrally in the summer.

Very helpful front desk staff. Some construction going on but it didn’t cause a bother.

The free buffet breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced. Beds so very comfortable and pillows too. Our third guest used a pull out couch and said it was very comfortable too. I wish they provided tissues in the room. There is construction on site mostly out of site and ends about 5 pm. Laundry is limited hours perhaps due to construction. $5 pays for one load washer and dryer and they provide detergent for that price (American $$). We enjoyed dinner both nights of our stay and everything was terrific. Walking distance to the huge Farris wheel, market square and ferry to the fortress island which we enjoyed. All staff was friendly and helpful. We arranged a ride from airport and later to our NCL port which was 15 minutes away. Viking was walking distance. We would stay here again no doubt.

Good hotel. Good convenient location. 10 minute walk to city centre. Very quiet neighborhood
