We had to go across the road to another building for breakfast due to renovations. It was snowing. It wasn’t ideal but it was okay. Breakfast was lovely when we got there. It was a large conference room so was cold.

Das Hotel ist eine halbe Baustelle. Dadurch ist das Restaurant, die Bar und das Gym nicht verfügbar. Das Frühstück musste im Conference-Center auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite eingenommen werden. Auf meine Frage nach dem Gym wurde mir alternativ die Benützung in einem anderen Scandic Hotel in Helsinki (20 min zu Fuß oder ca .10 min mit der Straßenbahn lt. Auskunft der Rezeption) oder im Freien(!!!) angeboten. Bei gefühlt minus 20° C ist das eine Frechheit! Auch bei der Müllentsorgung ist man sehr nachlässig. Der Mülleimer bei den Aufzügen ist während der vier Nächte vor Ort immer höher zugemüllt worden, ohne dass er geleert wurde. So gesehen eine absolute Zumutung. Das Hotel hat mit der Beschreibung auf Hotels.com und der Hotel-Homepage nichts gemein. Das Gym wird z.B. auch am Hotel-Infoscreen noch immer angepriesen. Dass ein Doppelbett gebucht und bestätigt wurde und tatsächlich nur zwei Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben wurden und ein dreckiger Lüftungsschacht im Bad ist nur mehr ein Nebenschauplatz gewesen. Unsere erste Finnland-Reise haben wir uns anders vorgestellt. NIE WIEDER DIESES HOTEL!!!

Sauna was not working even though I was told it would be available. No shower door in shower. Ceiling in shower was falling down. Breakfast was in another building which required going outside. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Värmen i rummen, extra täcken, en vattenkokare, neutrala tavlor på dom dom stora vita väggarna. Gör det trevligare i lobbyn med soffor, tyger, växter. Mer utbud i baren. Renovera gärna en våning i taget och stäng den medans ni jobbar. Inte roligt med allt hantverkarbuller när man är på semester.

We had another wonderful time at the Scandic Grand Marina! We stayed at the end of November, just as the Helsinki Christmas Market opened. The staff is incredible! They are all very helpful, friendly, and informative In particular, Litlith did a super job arranging for our transfer to the airport and printed out our train tickets to Turku. The family room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Another super feature of this hotel is its location. It is a very short walk to the Helsinki harbor and from there the center of Helsinki unfolds before you. It is beautiful during the Christmas season with all of the lights and decorations. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

Too bad my floor was having some renovation now. The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal and the marina congress center. About 10 mins walk to the town as well.

サウナ付きの部屋で最高でした。見た目は重厚感がありますが、なかは改装されていてきれいでした。またヘルシンキに来る時はぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。近くにトラム駅がありアクセスもよく、すぐ近くにフェリー乗り場、大聖堂、教会、エスプラナーディ通り、オールドマーケットなどヘルシンキの主要な観光地は歩いて回れました。一階の共用フロアには電子レンジがあり、スーパーで買った食材も温めて食べられました。

Sauna was not working even though I was told it would be available. No shower door in shower. Ceiling in shower was falling down. Breakfast was in another building which required going outside. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Värmen i rummen, extra täcken, en vattenkokare, neutrala tavlor på dom dom stora vita väggarna. Gör det trevligare i lobbyn med soffor, tyger, växter. Mer utbud i baren. Renovera gärna en våning i taget och stäng den medans ni jobbar. Inte roligt med allt hantverkarbuller när man är på semester.

The Scandic Grand Marina was a great hotel To stay at, the staff were great, it’s close to shops and attractions, the Christmas markets are also in walking distance … the free breakfast was delicious with a big variety to choose from .. I highly recommend staying at the Scandic Grand Marina when in Helsinki

Room very clean but could gave done with just basic cleans when we were there. We were there for 9 nights and the floor was never cleaned, but apart from that it was lovely

We had another wonderful time at the Scandic Grand Marina! We stayed at the end of November, just as the Helsinki Christmas Market opened. The staff is incredible! They are all very helpful, friendly, and informative In particular, Litlith did a super job arranging for our transfer to the airport and printed out our train tickets to Turku. The family room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Another super feature of this hotel is its location. It is a very short walk to the Helsinki harbor and from there the center of Helsinki unfolds before you. It is beautiful during the Christmas season with all of the lights and decorations. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

Too bad my floor was having some renovation now. The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal and the marina congress center. About 10 mins walk to the town as well.
