Very friendly staff and great location. Very comfortable mattress!

Hotel was fab. Clean, nice decor. Room was cosy but just what was needed. The location is amazing within walking distance of Notre Dame and the Pantheon plus so many bars and restaurants in the area. Defo go to Bistro Des Lettres. Lush.

What a great place ! In a great spot ! Staff fantastic , rooms lovely and clean and comfortable , breakfast great .William and Anna were great from room 34 .Will defo go back .

Perfect for a short stay/solo travel. Rooms are small but well-equipped, as are the hotel and its amenities (gym, luggage storage, kitchen/restaurant, lounge area). Staff are kind, polite and very helpful. Location was awesome - walkable to everywhere in the Latin Quarter and across the Seine, with supermarkets, boulangeries, bistros and gift stores all accessible on foot. Charming stay overall.

Air conditioning not working due to weather! No late checkout. Tight spaced as can hear corridor noise and next door rooms. Otherwise good for a couple of nights

The staff were always very helpful and cleanliness in the hotel was excellent. Was disappointed with the room on the whole. It was very tired looking and didn’t look anything like the photos online. There was one small wardrobe but no drawers so I didn’t bother to unpack. The shower was over a bath, with little or no support to enable getting in and out, really an accident waiting to happen. Staff did eventually provide a bath mat.

Another great stay at the Abbatial. It is a lovely, well-located small hotel with super staff and a lovely atmosphere.

The location can't be beat. The staffs were kind and professional. One issue we had was that someone was smoking below our window - which happened to be right above the entrance of the hotel lobby. They should have a sign prohibit smoking right in front of the hotel. In addition, the elevator is PAINFULLY slow. Especially during the check out hours when the cleaning crew and guests are all trying to use the elevator. Over all, it's a very nice and clean hotel with great staff. I hope we will get a room with a better view next time.

The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming! They were also so helpful! Our views from the balconies were beautiful! We were so close to everything!

We had a balcony room with a beautiful view! Great cafes and markets near by! Great location! Everything was very clean. No complaints. Breakfast was excellent.

A great location close to Notre Dame, the Seine and universities and right on the Metro.. Clean, very nice breakfasts and pleasant and helpful staff. William was especially helpful on a couple of occasions.
