Clean room. Had to ask for iron.Room Service was great. Staff in front was just okay. A couple of times, they didn’t say hello.

Gym was below average relative to other amenities and the property. Spa and pool, steam room and sauna were great. A really nice small hotel.

A warm welcome and top service : from the Owner who checked on every one at diner to the all Staff in the Auberge The cuisine was top ,a wonderful Chef ( & Attention to our gluten free diet a plus ) We do Thanks Chantal and Sendrine for the Adapted Massage wich really do take care of your conditions thanks to the diiférents techniques developed over the years !!! A wonderfull encounter ! Thanks everyone

This is a great 4 star property, the rooms are dated.This is NOT a five star property, Four Seasons Hotels are 5 stay properties. This in comparison would be a 3 star, but being generous, I’ll say 4 star because of the area in which it’s in, The breakfast, for the astronomical fee they are charging is shocking.

Spa services and other amenities were excellent! The room and pool service were extraordinary providing a nice selection of food and drinks and amazingly fast service! All of the staff were highly professional and very hospitable!

The property is stunning — we received a room upgrade upon check-in to the pool suite, which was spacious and conveniently located next to the gorgeous pool. Our meal at the Michelin-star restaurant was outstanding - and reasonably priced for the high quality. The hotel is a bit outside Avignon and I can’t really imagine staying there without a car, but there’s free parking and plenty of spots. 5 star stay! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing few nights in Provence.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful pool, great spa, gorgeous setting. Staff were so friendly and so nice to deal with. There were lots of EV chargers at the hotel. The breakfast was not to our taste but very substantial. Avignon is about a 20 min drive from the hotel- parking in Avignon is extremely tight; typical for an old European city. The Parking des Italianes is an outdoor parking lot with a shuttle to the city center that is very regular. Try to get a spot under trees so your car doesn’t get too hot while you are out. The hotel overall was a highlight of our trip and a lovely relaxing place to stay after some sightseeing in Avignon.

What a lovely boutique 5 star.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the delightful inn in the heart of Provence, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. This charming boutique hotel is run by a wonderful husband-and-wife team, whose warmth and hospitality made our stay exceptional from start to finish. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is remarkable, reflecting the couple’s dedication to providing a perfect retreat for their guests. Our room was beautifully decorated, combining traditional Provençal style with modern comforts. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

The team and the hotel are as always above and beyond the expectations. A diner at their restaurant is always a chef-d'œuvre. Thank you very much! We are looking forward to coming back

Lovely spot to use as your base to explore Provence. Have nothing but great things to say about the property and the staff. Additionally, the restaurant was exceptional! Both in food, wine, presentation and service. Bravo!!
