Quite simply the nicest and friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived early and they very kindly let us in to our room. The seafront location is brilliant, it is amazing to sit and watch the surfers from the terrace bar and the food in the restaurant was very good indeed. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the parking easy and convenient. We are already looking forward to coming again.

Very comfortable rooms with great views of the ocean. I spent a few days here and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If you are looking to splurge a bit in Capbreton, it is definitely worth it. I had rain and wind while I was there, but can imagine the views of the sunset would be stunning with one of the ocean view rooms.

Situated on the beach with lovely views of the coast line. The staff were very attentive to any needs in the bar and restaurant. The restaurant served very good food in the evening and the usual continental buffet fayre in the morning, again the breakfast staff were on the ball replenishing dishes, clearing tables so there were no ques during busy periods. We enjoyed our one night stay so much during our outward journey that we re booked a room for the return leg.

Nous avons été très déçu de la prestation de l'hotel qui se dit haut de gamme. Nous avions pris une des 'junior suites' disposant de la vue sur la mer. De façon générale, les prix des chambres sont très élevés par rapport aux prestations proposées. L'hotel est un spa, car il propose des massages. Mais dispose uniquement d'un sauna (intérieur) et d'une piscine extérieure. A 160 EUR par nuit on s'attendait a un meilleur accueil. La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos et disposait d une vue partielle sur la mer. Arrivée a l'hotel: absence totale d'explication des services proposes par l'hotel Dans la chambre: pas papier permettant de choisir le petit déjeuner le 2nd jour, pas de stylo, pas de signe ne pas déranger Service de nettoyage: Une femme de menage est rentrée sans frapper pour faire le menage, je sortais de la douche et j'étais nue : aucune excuse de la part du service de manger ou de l'hotel lorsque nous l'avons signalé. Check out: aucune question ou interrogation sur le séjour Sauna: aucune serviette mise a disposition. Autre: un service wifi très faible

Really lovely hotel. Clean, spacious room with a beautiful view of the sea, comfortable bed. Lovely lounge/terrace for drinks overlooking the sea, breakfast varied and good quality. Very helpful and courteous staff, nothing too much trouble. Organised our transfers from the airport which meant we got a discount from the taxi company. Not lots to do in the area unless you're a surfer if the weather is poor, which it was for us, but several very nice restaurants locally and nice walks, short walk to the gorgeous little town centre. Lovely place for a few nights relaxing stay.

Excellent service, prime seafront location with sea view from terrace of bedroom. We took the superior double room and there is a generous size with generous sized bathroom. The only downside was that the large terrace was not exposed to the sun apart from before 8 AM and after 6 PM, but then we are only 20m from the shore.

We recently stayed at this hotel for our mini moon. The hotel when you walk in seems nice, the restaurant area is new and it gets off to a good start. We stayed in a suite for 4 nights and the decor etc is fine. However, the rooms are not very big and for the cost, not that comfortable. Our coffee cups used on the first night we’re not replaced until day 4 and our room was often being cleaned at 17.30pm when we had been out all day. Finally the spa, is in fact a sauna cabin in a small room. I booked a massage and when I turned up it had been booked for two days after I checked out. Breakfast was average and overall for the price, the hotel doesn’t give you a lot for your money! I would return to the area as it’s a wonderful part of France but I wouldn’t stay here.
