Unsanitary and uncomfortable stay. When I arrived, the room was clearly not clean. I found hair in the bed, hair on towels that were supposed to be clean, and noticeable stains on the pillows and blankets. The overall condition of the room was very poor and quite disturbing. The owner told me I would receive a refund, even though I booked through Expedia. However, after more than a week, I was later informed that the refund was refused. This was very frustrating, as what I was told was not followed through. I would not recommend this place.

I wasnt expecting much. But a horrible smell, dirty linen, constant noise was enough for me to give this rating. No facilities, no AC, marks all over the walls. No staff members, check in done via a broken system. Much better hotels for similar money.

The service was terrible, window was open in room when I arrived. the bathroom drainage was not working. There was NO customer service to complain too. Hallways smelt bad. Just not a great experience. I would NOT recommend staying here......

Very nice place, clean, and very convenient for highway travel. Near the airport. Free chatel evey 20 min. From Orly.

Poor accommodation but fair for the price

breakfast is totally disappointing , not satisfied at all

Self check in was complicated , if u call and speak English they hang up on you !! Reception opens for a couple of hrs only , breakfast attendant was extremely rude , name is bead and breakfast which should be replaced as the breakfast is not automatic , you need to pay in addition which was never clear ?!

There is no one to check you in and I think they have bed bugs

I called from the airport to get an airport transfer because they said online that they offered. But when I called, a lady answered and told me she didn’t speak English and hung up without giving me a chance to ask in French. I called again and she didn’t answer me. So we got a taxi to the hotel. I asked if we could get a transfer to the airport tomorrow and she didn’t want to help and just starred at me. She was by far the rudest person we have met on our trip. Good luck staying here

Scammers. Took 3 payments and was constantly told my card did not accept payment but was double then triple charged. Room was a mess as we got in and the curtains had mould all over. Shower had no pressure and hot water was limited.
