Good communication prior to arrive very helpful with how best to get to the hotel and dinning recommendations. My room was on the top floor with its own large, covered deck. Room was clean and with an updated bathroom : I forgot my cell charger and when I returned from lunch it was at the front desk for me. A wonderful stay and I highly recommend

A little hidden gem in Avignon. As per the name, the hotel is very central to most things you would want to visit in the city. We had a great experience there.

I felt the hotel was rundown and not clean. Dusty courtyard needed a good sweep The carpets were needing replacing. We would have moved but we booked non refundable. Not a 3 star compared to 4 other hotels which were good 3 stars. In france

The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Palace of the Popes, with many restaurants nearby. My room was spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly. However, the toilet tank leaked and flushed automatically every few minutes throughout my three-night stay. Despite reporting it on the first day, it was not fixed until I checked out. There were also mosquitoes or other insects in the room, and I ended up with multiple bites on my forehead and ankles.

This hotel is located in a neat historic building in a central location which made discovering the city and finding meals super easy. The staff was super friendly and worked with us in English since our French needs some work. Our room and the common areas are nice enough but had been loved over the years and could use some updating. An important note is that there is no elevator/lift which is common in old buildings but carrying large bags up 3 floors left me very tired even for a 38nyr old man. The staff had offered to help with bags but of course I didn’t think it would be that bad until my 3 trip back up. The stairway was narrower so I took multiple trips to avoid banging up their walls. The hotel had a bar in the lobby courtyard which had amazing drinks we absolutely recommend the St Germain Spritz or Lavender Spritz. Would stay again.
