The hotel is located in the center but it is impossible to drive up to the hotel. You have to leave your car 300 meters away and walk to the hotel with your suitcases. There is also no elevator in the hotel. You have to carry your suitcases up to the third floor by the stairs.

Very convenient and just 5 mins walking to train station

Hotel is easy walk from train station. Front desk staff were courteous. Room was as expected...updated bathroom was a plus. Rooms and stairs are covered by a dirty, matted wall to wall carpet. Filthy...do not take off your shoes.

Overall a little disappointed with the quality of the room. Obvious renovations in progress.

The staff are truly wonderful! The hotel is very charming though could be improved with some lights on the stairs.

No frills hotel. Cute decor but small and very dated inside. Our family room overlooked the courtyard and it got loud at times at night. Breakfast buffet was basic but good.

Hotel was well situated in centre of town and easy to find. Room was exceptionally small with bathroom very cramped. We opened window for air at night but got covered with mosquito bites in the morning.

Down at heel hotel in the heart of the drug addict end of Avignon. Check in girl was friendly.

Great access to places. False expedia advertisement of ‘available parking’ as they include any public parking within a certain radius as available parking. All hotels could mention that they have ‘available parking’ at this point..

Nice place but needs some updating. Lots of stairs to get to rooms.

Hotel is ideally situated for the Avignon Centre station and to the main tourist attractions and eateries. Would recommend requesting a 1st floor room if you are in our age group (70’s) as carrying suitcases up to 3rd floor a bit of a trek.

The property is Ok, nothing spectacular and not the cleanest..May have to work on some improvements.

Location

The room was rather small and the bathroom was tiny. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was convenient for the station and town centre

There were dried boogers on the bathroom walls and dried coffee splatters on the wall near the coffee service. Part of the curtain was detached. The shower doors wouldn’t close so when showering, a significant puddle collects on the bathroom floor. Shower drain cover was detached which made for an unsecured tripping hazard while showering. These are details I noticed, without inspecting further.

The AC did not work the first night and the room was so hot, about 88 F (31 celcius) we were suffocating and could not open the windows because the room was full of mosquitos. They did not try to fix the AC, and they had no ventilators. They were full so they could not offer us another room with a working AC. We really suffered that night. The next day they said they had a room with a working AC but we did not want to take a chance and reserved a room at another hotel. We have requested a refund for one day and waiting to hear back. We had one shower and the room turned into a sauna. But the employees were very nice and understanding.

It was prefectly located from the train station and the center of downtown.

Great location for all there is to see and do in Avignon!
