Overall, we loved our stay here. A 4 minute walk to the train station to catch the shuttle to CDG made it super convenient. Vibe of the hotel is great, bar menu was good and the staff very friendly. We didn't eat breakfast, but the buffet was 20 euro ea. though they said it was possible to get some things a la carte. The room was very small, but it's not meant to be a long term stay so it was totally fine for one night. Loved how lights were labeled and there was an outlet for EU, UK and US plugs. The bed is oddly situated against the window so person sleeping on that side had to climb over the other to get out of bed. Also, there is no plug on that side or little shelf for charging/storing a phone. The toilet/shower combo "pod" is fine, but when showing the floor got very wet. Sink/lighted mirror outside that room allowing someone to get ready. Only complaint is the alarm. We set an extra one on the in room ipad and were VERY rudely awakened by ALL the lights in the room coming on immediately and city/siren sounds playing from the TV....we didn't see options for a wake up method listed, but never guessed it would be like that! We would definitely stay again, but will skip the in room alarm next time! ;)

Everything was excellent, including having plates and hot water available and the tasty, reasonably priced restaurant menu. I wish there were more Citizen M’s at other airports. Their formula is fantastic.

This place is totally for Gen Z and was not quite the place for people older than 30. Although the bed is super comfortable, we had hard time adjusting with all the technology and bathroom layout. However the lounge and breakfast were excellent.

Such a Fantastic Hotel. I landed in Terminal 2 and so many people helped me with my baggage to Terminal 3 via the free Tram, and its a walking distance. Literally 3 minutes. Just walk straight. The staff are Excellent and helpful. So happy to come here.

I need to be able to drink water in my room. Weird that I couldn’t. Also you direct people to the lobby place to eat, but not enough staff to serve the food and there was a 15 minute wait just to order. Otherwise, super cool experience and efficient stay!

Dinner and breakfast and coffee drinks were very good... I also liked the signage in the room and elsewhere, very modern and humorous... The rooms and hotel are modern, clean and in good shape... Bed was a cozy nest taking up the entire end of the room and true blackout blind meant great sleep after a long trip! And gentle colorful lighting was relaxing. Electronic tablet to control tv, lights, blinds, etc was a bit quirky (functionally) but problems were easily resolved so not terrible.

It was great. The only thing that surprised us was the bed is against the window. We are older and can’t climb over one another at night. We turned the bedding sideways and it worked for us. Think it should be more clear for people booking.
