Citizen M at CDG was great! The bar staff was really friendly and you can't beat the location. I walked out of the hotel and was at the shuttle to Terminal 2 in about 5 minutes. Super convenient!!

We came in at 9 pm and staff was very helpful! It was an easy ck in and the room is tiny room with perfect design / We felt like we were on a cruise ship but it was a perfect close spot to catch and early flight .

I have stayed here a few times. It is perfect when you are stuck at CDG overnight without time to go into Paris. Self check-in, kitchen open late, bilingual staff, clean, modern.

Taking a shower floods bathroom, by design. Air conditioning in the room only, and insufficient to cool room on the sunny side of building. King-size bed accessible only from 1 side. The ends and other side abut walls. No place to open a suitcase except floor or that one accessible edge of the bed.

Great experience at this Hotel. Rooms are small but perfectly equipped, comfortable, modern, hi-tech and the food offered great. Walking distance from Terminal 3 via the free CDGVAL it’s an awesome choice for an overnight at the airport. I would and will go back no doubts

Never slept so good as I did on Citizen's bed. Staff were efficient, food was good, all essentials there for a great layover. Will definitely be back, fantastic value. Thank you!

Had everything we needed. The only issue is we spent a half hour it seems trying to figure out the light switches and what turned on what. No labels, was a bit frustrating, other than that the room, the view and everything was great. Bed was very comfortable

Excellent. Short pleasant walk from airport which is advantageous after day of the riding trains. The staff were friendly but I did have avlittkecpausecatvtgecchevkin. I am senior and French is not my first language. I do understand well I was using the electronic check in but the very friendly clerk tried helping me and someone else. I did want to obtain a breakfast voucher, but the following morning realized I did not pay for that. It was easily remedied but did not need to happen..
