Crowne Plaza LILLE - EURALILLE

This one of the quietest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. When I was in my room I could not even hear a door open or shut on my floor. It was an amazing and restful stay. The staff was extremely accommodating of my limited French, for which I was grateful. Wonderful location close to trains. I would stay there again.

This hotel is in a fabulous location for Eurostar - it is opposite the station. The room was spacious and equipped with tea/coffee making facilities as well as fresh water daily. Even though it was located opposite the station, it wasn’t noisy at all. If I had one grumble, there was a dirty mark on the bed linen but everything else was very clean. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning: a good selection to suit all as well as a coffee pod machine and various teas. We ate quite early and it never seemed too busy. We didn’t use the restaurant for an evening meal so couldn’t comment on that. Staff were always very helpful and friendly but they were busy and weren’t always available straight away. The location is great for the station and also if you wanted to walk into town for the Christmas market, metro or local places of interest to visit. Overall I would recommend for a stay in Lille.

Great hotel, clean, friendly and with an excellent executive lounge.

The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with well-appointed rooms. However, there are several significant shortcomings. The temperature control in my room did not maintain the set temperature and remained uncomfortably hot. The maintenance staff advised that no improvement was possible. Breakfast was also disappointing. The limited food selection was poorly presented, with most containers nearly empty, and what remained was of poor quality, wasn't fresh and tasted awfull. Two of the three coffee machines were out of order, and the disorganized crowd attempting to find whatever crops were left created an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, while the hotel itself is adequate, the experience was undermined by these issues. I would recommend having breakfast elsewhere.

Clean, amazing restaurant, friendly, lovely hotel

Stayed one night in our way back in to Britain. Nice reception, staff were lovely, room was dated. Lift was very hard to find and not at all signposted for going down.We ended up in the basement down the back stairs. Luckily we met someone who showed us the way. Didn't have breakfast as catching the early Eurostar

Overnight stay while travelling through Lille train station

The property description said it had parking available. Well there is no parking at the hotel, you have to park in the train station and walk there. This added a lot of time to checking in and leaving. The parking is not that far away but still takes time. I paid extra for a city view but it’s a con, there was no view, just of the street and building right in front. Breakfast was not great. The room was modern and it’s close to the train station.

Nice new property. Room upgrade given. Very close to Gare Lille Europe a real bonus. Good breakfast. Staff securely stored my luggage for me during the day
