โรงแรม Crowne Plaza LILLE - EURALILLE, an IHG

C’est la première fois que je prends le temps de laisser un avis sur un hôtel. Nous avons été épatés par l’extrême gentillesse de tout le personnel, à un moment compliqué pour ma fille qui passait des examens ; particulièrement Abdel, qui nous a embelli le séjour, Ludovic, qui nous a rendu un énorme service, et le dernier qui nous a encore aidé juste avant notre départ (nous avons oublié de demander son prénom). Ils ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable ! Un énorme merci à eux tout particulièrement, mais aussi à tous. Nous avons été très touchés et reviendrons à l’hôtel Hilton avec grand plaisir.

We had to change rooms after dinner, as the shower was flooding the bathroom. Happily we found out before going to bed. Second room was slightly bigger and better. The tvscreen is quite big. Breakfast area was overcrowded, or too small. I`m on a glutenfree diet, as I had informed the hotel beforehand. The first morning I was served one glutenfree bun. Second day, I had to ask again. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked again. Turned out there were none left...These buns are usually deepfrozen, so it can not be too difficult to keep them stocked. Location is good, opposite train station. Parking deal € 44,20 for the weekend as well. Just be careful entering the garage, as the gateway is quite narrow. In all, our stay was not the Hilton standard we`re used to.

It’s a great place at a great location

The staff were excellent and very helpful. There was a good breakfast on offer too - either a hot selection or pastries, breads and fruit. The location is great if you arrive at Lille-Europe station and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel bien situé à côté de la gare et du centre ville. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner, la salle des petits déjeuners est selon moi mal optimisée. Il faut revoir la configuration de la salle et là réaménager afin d'éviter une fille d'attente au petit déjeuner le matin, en particulier les weekends.

A little disorganised on the front desk and not sharing mealtimes etc, but room lovely. Odd to have a toilet separate from the shower and washbasin, but was fine. Would stay again if we were in town

We had a good two night stay at Hilton Lille in December. The location is practical when arriving with Eurostar with luggage as it is one minute away from the station. The city centre with the shops and restaurants is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The only place close by where you can eat close by is Le Barbier chi fume. There is no mini market in the area. The people at the reception were friendly and always helpful, even though there was often a long queue to speak with them. The room was big for French standards. We stayed in room 906. There was a busy road outside we didn't hear any noise, so they had a good sound insulation. There was a good amount of storage space. There was a kettle, a coffee maker, and an empty mini fridge. The maintenance of the room was not satisfactory. We had an empty shower gel bottle and an empty body lotion bottle in the bathroom. We mentioned that at the reception and they got the shower gel bottle refilled but not the body lotion bottle. The coffee pods were not replaced for the second day but we did not complain about that as we did not need to make coffee in our room the second day. The small towels were taken away after the first night but not replaced. When I told at the reception and they organized them to be replaced. One of us put some used feminine hygiene products in the bin in the bathroom the first day, but the bin did not get emptied during our stay. The breakfast was good and as can be expected at a Hilton hotel.
