This hotel was near everything we wanted to do in Toulouse and was nearby several shops and places to eat. Beautiful city and room. Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A great location for a stay before a morning train, (with a good bakery right beside it!). A comfortable room for our family with 2 adult children. It was fiercely hot and humid in Toulouse and unfortunately we found the remote control for the AC very confusing and were unable to cool the room effectively.

This is a basic hotel, two steps from the train station, the airport shuttle stop and the regional bus station. It is clean, everything works, rooms are small and quirky. No elevator.

The staff was very friendly. The room was dingy and had a weird smell. There was a pile of smelly blankets in the closet. We got housekeeping - they cleaned the room and left the bed unmade. They ask you to put your towel on the floor if you want it replaced. We did not leave it on the floor, but it still was replaced which was wasteful. Paperthin walls - we could hear our neighbour snoring. Location was great, very central. Good value for breakfast. 3 flights of stairs to get to our room.

Nice and close to the train station. Only drawback was usual difficulties with a large suitcase and no elevator

Reception lady. Lydia?? Not sure of name but she was very pleasant and kind. Everyone helpful and friendly. Got our steps in on the stairs due to no elevator.

Check in started at 2pm and if one arrived early, one has to leave the luggage in the storing area. The room is doable, it’s small with 1 small table and 1 stool placed at the corner. The only drawback are the noises cranking from the ac/heat system, it runs every 5 minutes. I forgot to point out the molds on the wall behind the curtain. Location very convenient to walk around the area. Stayed 2 nights
