This hotel was near everything we wanted to do in Toulouse and was nearby several shops and places to eat. Beautiful city and room. Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

沒電梯，要爬三樓，還好入住時年輕的櫃檯帥哥幫忙拿行李箱。道路整修動線亂糟糟，光下行李就繞了一個多小時。附近不少遊民，走在路上還曾被一個醉漢騷擾。

對只住一天的旅客來說很好

The location was close to the train station which fit our needs. The bathroom door did not shut and we had problems with inconsistent electricity. They told us we should not have plugged in our computer. We thought breakfast was included but it was not. It could use a facelift. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel is located near the main railway station in Toulouse. The staff are kind and helpful. The reception is open 24 hours. The room has street view. The air conditioning in the room works well. The bed is quite small. The room lighting is poor. The free WiFi connection is good.

L'accueil était très chaleureux et le ménage des chambres était impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. En revanche l'hôtel mériterait un petit rafraîchissement en terme de déco et d'équipements.

Le personnel et l'accueil ont été excellents et l'établissement est bien situé. Mais, la chambre et les lieux en général sont d'une propreté douteuse, et tout est délabré. L'éclairage minimaliste permet à peine de cacher les tâches qui maculent le mur. Il faudrait aussi prévenir que l'hôtel qui est sur trois étages n'a pas d'ascenseur!
