Great location to the metro and lots of dining options. Nice little hotel

Good location. Nice frontage. Male receptionist helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. Carpets old fashioned Room was basic. Lack of hanging space. No doors on wardrobe. Fairly typical of a converted old building to include ensuites. Bathroom small but were steam cleaned daily (excellent!) Evidence of leaks in the bathroom ceiling and light dripping water from the ceiling whilst we were there.

The property can use a little renovating. Other then that the property is just fine

It was fine. Cheap for a last minute booking.

Good points are that the hotel is in a good area with lots of cafes and bistros near with a Metro stop within a 5min walk. Bad points - the rooms are tiny, unclean with paper thin walls, windows that dont shut properly with uncomfortable beds. A boutique hotel this is not.

Juan the friendliest and loveliest receptionist ever. He was super helpful on telling us how to get to places, and great tips of places to go for our stay.

Long weekend with family, have stayed here previously so wanted a hassle free stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near 2 metro stations, nice restaurants, cafes, bars and so much more within a 5-10 minute walk! Crepe place on the corner is awesome place for a nice breakfast. Love the convenience and comfort. Room are small and warm up quickly. Bathroom is also on the small side.

Leuk hotel. Goede ontvangst en nette kleine kamer. Kamer heeft wel een opfrissing nodig. Raam naar het balkon ging niet goed open en radiator hing los aan de muur.

The hotels location is what makes this hotel bearable, it’s central and close to the metro/ shops/ restaurants. However the rooms are tiny and not appropriate for long stays. The bathroom makes you feel claustrophobic and you can hardly move when in the shower or at the sink. The walls to the rooms are thin and the doors don’t shut properly to the rooms, I came home one day to find the cleaner hadn’t shut the door properly meaning it was left unlocked for hours. For the price you pay you can stay at much nicer properties in the area.

Great location for a weekend in Paris with comfy rooms and friendly staff

Paid 300 euros per night for a dirty and unhealthy hotel room and bathroom. Just to give an idea the shower is 31”x31” (i.e 80cmx80cm). The room, elevator and corridor are so tight that you want to stay out all day and all night out…Cannot believe that this is a 3-stars hotel. I will complain. Stay away!

Hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were very small and the walls are paper thin.

The rooms are pretty small and the shower is set up a little weird but it can't be beat for the price and it's in an amazing location! The staff is all super helpful and nice. The walls are pretty thin so it's easy to hear other guests or be heard but over all it's worth it to stay here!

The hotel staff were not so friendly and the room was run down and dirty. The white bedding was beautiful on the comfortable bed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This property was disgusting and staff were so rude. When we got to the hotel, they gave us our room key and we (one at a time because it was so small) got into the lift and went up to the floor our room was on. When I opened the door there was already someone occupying the room. I apologized and went back down. They then put us in an outdoor room that was barely connected to the hotel. The window in the room was broken/cracked, it was on the ground level, the coffee machine did not work, there was mold in the bathroom and the carpets were obviously stained in multiple locations. I asked to move to a different room and they said they would move us the next day when one opened. In the meantime, Expedia sent me an email asking how check in went so I was honest and submitted the review. The next morning when we went to move rooms, the extremely rude man at the desk said that we gave a bad review so the room we were in was the room we got. He was so rude that I was literally in tears. Because they refused to move us and we did not feel comfortable in the dirty and unsafe room, we ended up leaving the hotel and they would not refund us at all. Very disappointed by this and would highly advise people to avoid this hotel and their staff!!

Great location. That’s it. A plastic tile that covers the pipes inside next to the toilet seat fell off which wasn’t pleasant. There is no proper lighting. One of the three side lights didn’t work so we had to stay in constant dim lighting. The floor isn’t level so the door to the room gets stuck 1/3 of the way so you either have to push really hard or squeeze through.

Hotel looks great from the outside and about a 20 minutes walk from Gare du Nord station. An old building, so expect some unique features. Upgrades poorly done - gaps in doors, uneven shelves, poorly built features. Poorly insulated so you can clearly hear your neighbors shower built for someone 4 feet tall Staff pleasant
