만족스러운 요금, 매우편한 방, 편리한 대중교통, 친절한 직원 지내는 동안 편하게 다닐수 있어서 좋았어요

위치는 매우 편리하였으나 가격에 비해 시설과 가격이 좀 오래되었고 비싸다고 생각합니다. 또 객실에 있는 에스프레소를 먹었더니 모두 체크아웃때 계산을 하더군요. 객실은 매우 좁아서 가방 두개 열어 두기 힘들었고 객실안에 포트도 없어 뜨거운 물을 마시기 어려웠습니다. 하지만 지하철과 가까워 관광지로 이동하기 편리하고 주위에 슈퍼와 레스토랑이 많아서 좋았습니다.

파리 오페라에서 두정거장쯤 떨어진 곳에 위치해있으며, 지하철 역과도 가까워서 편리하고, 직원도 친절하였고 객실도 청결하며 넓은 욕실이 마음에 들었어요.

유로스타를 탈 수 있는 역에서 가까워서 이 호텔에서 숙박하기로 결정했었습니다. 호텔의 위치는 역에서 도보로 3분거리로 좋았고 일본인이 많이 이용하는 것 같았어요. 호텔방은 조금 작기는하나 파리의 호텔은 대부분 그렇기 때문에 감안해야할 것 같아요. 화장실도 청결한 편이었고, 리프트는 2명이상은 탈 수 없을 만큼 작구요, 다른건 다 좋았는데 호텔 주변의 치안은 안좋은 것 같아요. 호텔로 가는 골목이 으슥?해서 저희는 불량스러운 흑인들을 만나서 고생했습니다, 지나가는데 놀리고 욕하고.. 여자분들만 지내시기엔 위치가 별로인듯해요!

Great location to the metro and lots of dining options. Nice little hotel

I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint about the disgraceful experience we had at your hotel, which falsely advertises itself as “wheelchair-friendly.” From the moment we arrived, it was clear we had made a terrible mistake. There were stairs at the entrance with no ramp — immediately making access incredibly difficult and humiliating. Once inside (after struggling to get in), we were met with more stairs just to reach the reception desk. Not only is this inexcusable, but it’s baffling how you can advertise any level of accessibility with such blatant physical barriers. It only got worse. The elevator — if you can even call it that — was so absurdly small it couldn’t fit even the most compact wheelchair on the market. We tried. It was impossible. At that point, it was obvious we couldn’t stay, so we made the difficult decision to leave early. To make matters even more insulting, your staff showed little to no concern. We received barely any help, no apology, and almost no effort to accommodate or assist. The indifference was palpable, as though our presence — and our needs — were a nuisance rather than your responsibility. This experience was not just inconvenient — it was degrading and completely unacceptable. Your hotel’s description is false advertising, plain and simple, and it directly led to wasted money, stress, and physical hardship.

Although the hotel is located in a quiet place (end of a no-trafic street), the wall are thin while my neighbors snored loudly. The room was overall clean and comfortable.

Good location. Nice frontage. Male receptionist helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. Carpets old fashioned Room was basic. Lack of hanging space. No doors on wardrobe. Fairly typical of a converted old building to include ensuites. Bathroom small but were steam cleaned daily (excellent!) Evidence of leaks in the bathroom ceiling and light dripping water from the ceiling whilst we were there.

The property can use a little renovating. Other then that the property is just fine

Très bon emplacement mais l’état général de la chambre est décevant pour le prix.

Hôtel très bien situé. Petit déjeuner varié. Il faudrait cependant installer des volets ou un système pour ne pas laisser passer la lumière car nous étions réveillés des 6h.

Weekend au top dans cet hôtel ! Service et accueil de qualité, le personnel est souriant et nous avons eu une chambre bien plus tôt que prévu. Très jolie chambre, petite mais fonctionnelle avec une salle de bain propre, avec baignoire. Nous avons très bien dormi dans la literie. Quelques défauts au murs ou sur les portes du à l’usure mais n’altère pas le confort ni la propreté ! Petit déjeuner délicieux, avec beaucoup de choix et surtout magnifique endroit ✨ Nous reviendrons si l’occasion se présente !

I will come back and stay again soon

Good points are that the hotel is in a good area with lots of cafes and bistros near with a Metro stop within a 5min walk. Bad points - the rooms are tiny, unclean with paper thin walls, windows that dont shut properly with uncomfortable beds. A boutique hotel this is not.

Trop d’approximations dans cet hôtel côté 3 étoiles (produits sdb à réclamer, bouche VMC détachée du mur non réparée pendant le séjour alors que le problème a été signalé, porte de la chambre qui ferme mal, rideau taché …). Il est nécessaire de revoir certains points pour garder les clients qui séjournent pour « le loisir ».

Hotel caratteristico parigino in posizione ottimale per lo shopping, ristoranti, negozi e supermercati. Comodo per muoversi a piedi e con mezzi pubblici disponibili vicini, per girare la citta. Personale gentile e professionale. Discreta la Colazione. Unica pecca albergo molto piccolo con stanze molto piccole, quindi bisogna adattarsi agli spazi ridotti.

Juan the friendliest and loveliest receptionist ever. He was super helpful on telling us how to get to places, and great tips of places to go for our stay.

Long weekend with family, have stayed here previously so wanted a hassle free stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near 2 metro stations, nice restaurants, cafes, bars and so much more within a 5-10 minute walk! Crepe place on the corner is awesome place for a nice breakfast. Love the convenience and comfort. Room are small and warm up quickly. Bathroom is also on the small side.
