Absolutely great hotel! We stayed for one night and were lucky enough to get a parking spot, there are only around 10. The staff were super helpful and spoke great English. We had forgotten our travel chargers and the reception kindly loaned us a couple for the night. We then somehow, left a bag of gifts in our room after checking out. The cleaners found it and brought it out to reception for us to collect once we realised. Every single staff member was kind, helpful and warm. The location itself is fantastic. A few steps away from a quaint French market, 5 min walk to Versailles palace and 10 mins to the train station that takes you straight into Paris.

Breakfast was decent - not outstanding but well up to European standards. Only disappointment was fairly rubbish coffee (particularly by Italian standards) - Nescafé machine again the culprit. Spotlessly clean and newly refurbished on my floor. Initial issues with faulty room key (door mechanism as it turned out) which took 3 attempts to solve but otherwise faultless service. Tiny bit noisy in the mornings which was surprising for a top floor room.

Hotel is in a great location 15 mins from the palace of Versailles and so many restaurants just around the corner by the market. Easy to get into Paris train station 5mins away. The reception desk staff were great and printed the trains we need to get to the Eiffel Tower as a direct train was not running that week.

Great location. Efficient service but not particularly friendly. Very transactional. Advertise car park yet no instructions on how to get into it, and it was locked! Arriving by car in a foreign, new town, this stuff should be really well communicated to make arrival as easy as possible.

The booking said satellite and cable TV, but it turned out this was only available in French. Also, no kettle or tea/coffee available as promised in the booking, unless you pay for it at the bar.

Good location to visit Palace of Versailles, plus a wide choice of resturauants around the market area of Rue de la Paroisse. The hotel is on a quite street with all the usual facilities, including an exellent buffet breakfast to offer. Only downside is the small car park at the back, although we arrived early and a member of staff was really helpful in organising a space for us which seemed to be the last one, so probably best to visit by train if possibe. Otherwise all good.

This is a very reasonable and convenient hotel for an overnight stay in Versailles.. I arrived early, so my room was not ready yet. Very understandable. They my bag as I went and got lunch. The staff was very accommodating and put up with my bad French! The room was cosy, perfect for one person. The hotel was also very quiet. I did not hear any noise from other rooms. The air conditioning was also adequate.

The service, reception staff was the best I recall in decades of travel. Attentive, polite and helpful with some adjustments we will return here and happy to share this report. Great neighborhood as well with a garden across the street. As a result of very very poor Expedia experience with our Paris accomodation in future we will book in Versailles and arrange transport to Paris as may be necessary.
