Ideal place to stay for visiting the Palais Versailles and the surrounding areas. Rooms nicely decorated with Palais theme and comfortable. Also offers a good continental self service breakfast too.

We needed a decent room for the night to explore Versailles and this hotel was perfect for that purpose. Small quiet room with decent beds... a good nights sleep. Walking distance to everything with parking on site... and they let us leave the rental car in the parking lot until the afternoon so we had lot's of time to explore the palace in the morning before heading to our next destination. Great staff, great breakfast.

Great location if you are visiting the palace of Versailles, or even as a “suburban” location for Paris itself for a few days.

Highly recommend this place at the heart of Versailles. Staff is very friendly and accomodating and location is very convenient.

Solo trip. This is a lovely place and the staff are friendly and professional. The only suggestion is that 1 morning I went down to have the buffet at 10:15 and the buffet is supposed to go on till 10:30. But when I got there, they had already put everything away because they assumed that everyone had eaten and that nobody else was going to be coming down to eat. I was very Disappointed at that. But the hotel is in a great location.It's within walking distance of everything and it is a nice place to stay.

A centrally located hotel with great options for restaurants, transport and shopping. The single room was very compact but very well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay in Versailles, close to everything! The staff was friendly and check in was easy. Good A/C and comfortable bed. I will return.

Everyone here at the Hotel Des Lys is wonderful! They have been incredibly helpful with everything and especially with directions to the many points of interest in Versailles. My room is charming, immaculately clean and very quiet. The entire property looks new and is very well cared for. The hotel feels like it’s in the middle of everything in Versailles and is walkable to all you’d want to see and do in Versailles—shops, restaurants and historical sights.

Pleasant staff on check in , room very clean and comfortable, the hotel has limited parking for €8 which is much cheaper than the near underground parking at €28

Perfect location for a stay in Versailles yet in a quiet area. Clean no frills rooms with friendly staff - maybe a little high priced but our stay was for the Olympics!

Perfect hotel for a trip to Paris if you prefer to stay outside of the city. Beautiful, clean and quiet rooms with newly renovated bathrooms, safe and convenient parking at the property and a very friendly staff made out stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend it. Getting to Paris is very convenient and a 15min walk to the C-line train. Visiting the castle an easy 10min walk. Cute little cafes and restaurants all in close proximity to the hotel. A perfect find in Versailles and I would definitely come back again.

Nice, clean rooms, good breakfast and super nice staff. Easy to walk around and to Chateau Versailles.

All Front desk staff are extremely helpful. Two male staff helped with train directions to Paris on Saturday morning, how to purchase full day transit card etc.
