We arrived late and easily found the hotel, close to Gare de Nord. Despite being a very busy area, it is set back behind gates and garden, and peaceful. Great receptionist - so welcoming and efficient. Room was clean and bright. Really great comfortable bed hence a wonderful sleep. We stayed only one night as on way south. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful place with air conditioning. Crucial when the Paris heat was crazy hot. The rooms are “cozy” but fine for a couple on the go. Beds and everything were clean and comfortable. The courtyard and lobby are comfortable and I spent a lot of time just curled up on a couch crocheting. 😁 also, get the breakfast! It’s only 12 euros but well worth it. Croissants, baguette, coffee, juice, granola, eggs, cereal and more. Overall lovely!!

The Staff were excellent, they were kind, helpful and nice to talk too. The area of the hotel is convenient for transport and food. We would definitely stay again.

No room available more than one hour into the check in time. Staff had terrible attitude and asked us to wait for another 30 minutes and offered nothing while waiting. While sitting at the lobby, I was handed a dirty glass as I asked for a glass of water. We got the room eventually and there was no minibar as described. The staff did not trust me until we headed to the room. We were told to wait for another hour for another room to be cleaned. We had to cancel. All in all, terrible service, incorrect information on check in time and room amenity.

Warning! Even though you’ve paid in full on Hotels.com, this hotel will charge you again when you arrive. There is nothing on their listing explaining that they have to charge you extra. They also do not give me a receipt when you pay this extra money this is probably just something they charge foreigners because they know they can. Also, a Hotels.com will do nothing about it.

Brilliant and welcoming employees, we stayed there for 3 nights in a triple room (3x young adults) and could not have been more pleased with the air con and big clean rooms for the price we paid. Honestly a great find and only ~7 min walk to Gare du Nord and a great bakery for breakfast (Maison Bayat).

The hotel beds were comfortable but the room was small and cleanliness could be better. The location was not the greatest and the breakfast was limited for the price. The staff at the front desk tried to be helpful.

Very nice people, all staff were great. Room very small with a bathroom that was extremely small and dated. Cleanliness poor, however, had great links to train station and metro.
