Hotel velho e sem estrutura. Havia teia de aranha no teto e havia algo bem sujo no ralo da pia do lavatório do banheiro. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Não recomendo.

Das Hotel ist in einem schlechten Zustand und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gab auch offene elektrische Drähte im Badezimmer. Was sehr gefährlich ist. Nahe beim Bahnhof aber sehr viele komische Gestallten auf der Strasse in diesem Viertel.

Ser inte alls ut som på bilderna. Smutsigt, trasigt, stinker, servicen är dålig och läget är hemskt.

We arrived late and easily found the hotel, close to Gare de Nord. Despite being a very busy area, it is set back behind gates and garden, and peaceful. Great receptionist - so welcoming and efficient. Room was clean and bright. Really great comfortable bed hence a wonderful sleep. We stayed only one night as on way south. Overall a very pleasant stay.

No room available more than one hour into the check in time. Staff had terrible attitude and asked us to wait for another 30 minutes and offered nothing while waiting. While sitting at the lobby, I was handed a dirty glass as I asked for a glass of water. We got the room eventually and there was no minibar as described. The staff did not trust me until we headed to the room. We were told to wait for another hour for another room to be cleaned. We had to cancel. All in all, terrible service, incorrect information on check in time and room amenity.

Wonderful place with air conditioning. Crucial when the Paris heat was crazy hot. The rooms are “cozy” but fine for a couple on the go. Beds and everything were clean and comfortable. The courtyard and lobby are comfortable and I spent a lot of time just curled up on a couch crocheting. 😁 also, get the breakfast! It’s only 12 euros but well worth it. Croissants, baguette, coffee, juice, granola, eggs, cereal and more. Overall lovely!!

Great experience

Un hotel pequeño bonito, pero muy cómoda la habitación, muy limpia y agradable. Por el que yo regresaría al hotel es la amabilidad y excelente atención del chico que nos atendió al hacer el check in, así como el señor con quien hicimos el check out. Mi agradecimiento a ambos, muy cordiales.

The location of Hôtel was good. But not the hotel itself. This is my first experience staying in such hotel in Paris and can’t compare to other hotels.

clean and great customer service

Hôtel agréable, calme et personnel très accueillant. Très bon niveau de service.

Städningen var av sämre klass. Rummet var lite slitet och smutsigt. Sängen var bra men hade ett stort enkeltäcke. En liten promenad till bra restauranger och metrostation. Mannen som satt i receptionen fredagkväll 5/7-24 var suverän. Uppfattade aldrig hans namn men var väldigt serviceminded, trevlig och hjälpsam.

The Staff were excellent, they were kind, helpful and nice to talk too. The area of the hotel is convenient for transport and food. We would definitely stay again.
