Hôtel Mercure Chantilly Resort & Conventions

C'est toujours un vrai plaisir de venir séjourner dans l'hôtel Mercure pour son cadre et son accueil toujours aussi bienveillant

The hotel was lovely but staff could have been a little friendlier and more informative. We were room only, so can’t comment on the food. The pool area was good. It is about a 25 min. walk into Chantilly.

We had some issues with our room and had to move to another but were given a compensatory discount.

We had a superb evening meal in the beautiful restaurant.

Location perfect for Chantilly. Room was a good size and comfortable. Check-in a little slow as only 1 person on the desk. Dinner disappointing; food over cooked and under seasoned. Bar available outside only; a little irritating. Breakfast was good. We’d return but food offering needs to be better

Too hot in the room

샹티이 지역을 방문하기에 최적의 장소입니다. 샹티이 성과 말 박물관 등과도 가까운 위치이고, 리조트에 맞게 넓은 로비, 부대시설(다만, 헬스장은 없고 런닝머신만 있습니다.) 등 편의성이 좋습니다. 24개월 미만의 아이와 함께 여행에 아주 편안하게 숙박했으며 아이가 먹기에도 좋은 조식, 큰 욕조가 있습니다. 욕조에 들어가기 위한 높이가 좀 높아서 위험할 수는 있지만, 어메니티(NUXE) 등 만족도가 높았습니다.

It was super location, but we were told we could eat in the bar as the restaurant was full. When we tried to order at the bar, the barman said no. Different advice from receptionist. We had to order room service to the lobby.

Very good réception, clear explanations, external swimming pool very nice when wheather not so good , restaurant with an amazing view in the evening, original menu multi choices for starters and dessert and prices very correct, amazing choice of cheeses. The only bad point is sauna and hammam not at the level (only 3 seats for each), 2 showers and few possibilities to hang towels or sit down, it s not enough for a big hôtel with so many bedrooms. Global feeling very good, walk all around by foot (polo matches 20 min, chantilly castle 40)

the surrounding is wonderful with the golf course and the forest nearby and a great park also the staff very nice especially Léa at the desk upon arrival very accommodating and Sabrina... and also the pool inside and outside and the facilities

great stay - we arrived early and was welcomed with early check in and a room upgrade - I pleasant note regarding my birthday also, will hope to stay again - vg location for Chantilly races

This is a well positioned hotel in the beautiful town of Chantilly to the North of Paris. We used it as a base to visit Paris for the French Open tennis. It was our second stay and we would return for a third. The hotel has a large footprint, rooms are very large and well furnished. Everything is good, food is excellent. Service impeccable. Points for improvement: 1. The Aircon barely works in the rooms 2. The curtains don’t block the light from the windows so the room is light from 5am. This is a problem in so many hotels. It’s so fundamental - achieving good black out - and yet only a minority of hotels get it right, often the budget ones ironically 3. The gym is very poor with only four fitness machines, no weights or weights machines. For a huge leisure orientated hotel with a golf course and pool the lack of a gym is a bit odd 4. There is no mirror above the desk where a woman can do her make up. Again, such a common problem in most hotels But overall this is a good hotel often available for a good price in a stunning location.

Excellent séjour en famille. Idéal avec un enfant. L’hôtel est situé en pleine nature, c’est très ressourçant. À 5mn de Chantilly, idéal aussi pour visiter.

Staying there second or even third time. Everything really good. Really like breakfast

Really good area and good hotel to stay. Only down side is after cleaning bathrobes always gone and not replaced. So we had to ask at the reception for it and been always providing. Everyday same were happening. Everything 5*. Only that little annoying as we need bathrobes to use for swimming pool and everyday had to as for them )

Sejour en famille dans cet hôtel Mercure, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de l'hotel, la gentillesse de l'équipe, les piscines, excellent resto, espace et golf, proximité de Chantilly, Senlis et autres lieux de visite

Virkelig lækkert område ca. 1 km fra Paris. Indendørs pool, sauna og dampbad, samt udendørs pool. Venlig service og dejlig stemning. God mad og lækker morgenmad. Golfklub med 18 huller. 10 kørsel til Senil, en lille hyggelig by. Kan varmt anbefales.

Génial accueil chambre service tout y était pour passer un excellent séjour

Only one night prior to flying back to Canada after. 6 weeks in France. We chose it because it shows that it has airport transport from the hotel to CDG. One is led to assume that this is a shuttle operated. BY the hotel. This is not the case. They will call a taxi for you. We made arrangements with the desk staff when we checked in for a taxi to pick us up at 10:30 in the morning. We were waiting at the entrance with our bags and at 10:40 i asked the receptionist to check our reservation. She had no record of the request. She called for a taxi which arrived 20 minutes later. I had also asked about the cost. She estimated 100 Euros. It was 150. It is a very nice hotel in a lovely location and the restaurant is good. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice and good content. Unfortunately, at the egg station, there was only one cook doing one order at a time.
