The hotel AC was not functioning properly during our stay, maybe because of the heatwave and they are trying to conserve energy. The fridge was not working properly either.

This hotel was great for location. Centrally located. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Near lots of restaurants and walking distance to 4 metro stops. We traveled in summer and our room had an air conditioning unit. Now, with all that, because it is surrounded by restaurants, if you leave the windows open, the laughter from people having a good time may keep you up. Price you pay is fair, staff was super nice.

We were sent to the building on the other side of the street further down from the main location. The rooms were depressing and absolutely did not look like the rooms in the pictures posted on the website. The bed for my parents was made, but the sofa for me was not ready. I found a bedspread in the closet, but it had what looked like a pee stain with a hole in it. I went to the reception to complain, but the receptionist did not seem to care. When I complained that I paid around $600 for two nights but the hotel did not look in the pictures, the receptionist told me that he never even looked at their pictures. Then he gave me some clean sheets and told me to make the bed myself. Generally, I cannot say that the staff was unkind. They were nice. And the location is great: lots of restaurants nearby and an easy access to metro stations, but the hotel was bad. I’m including their pictures as opposed to my pictures.

The hotel is located in a really nice area- quiet, with many cafés around, and it’s easy to get both a taxi and enjoy walks from there. The staff were welcoming. The only downside was that one of the beds in our room was broken, so the rooms could benefit from some updates. Overall, we appreciated the atmosphere and the location very much.

The hotel was old and had room for improvement. It was ok since we mostly stayed out until 1 am but if you looking for something luxury it is not. It is very good place , no need for car, easy to get public transportation the team was very nice and friendly. They did help us for taxi in the morning and all check in and check out it was smooth. We do recommend it base on your needs.
