The hotel AC was not functioning properly during our stay, maybe because of the heatwave and they are trying to conserve energy. The fridge was not working properly either.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, ikke så bra rengjort, slitent bad. Ellers god seng. Litt ekte blomster i krukkene kunne løftet dette stedet til å bli meget sjarmerende siden det gir litt townhousefølelse.

This hotel was great for location. Centrally located. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Near lots of restaurants and walking distance to 4 metro stops. We traveled in summer and our room had an air conditioning unit. Now, with all that, because it is surrounded by restaurants, if you leave the windows open, the laughter from people having a good time may keep you up. Price you pay is fair, staff was super nice.

Broken and dirty. Plastic flowers. Fake hotel. A man was smoking marujana. Me and my kids left after 30 min.

We were sent to the building on the other side of the street further down from the main location. The rooms were depressing and absolutely did not look like the rooms in the pictures posted on the website. The bed for my parents was made, but the sofa for me was not ready. I found a bedspread in the closet, but it had what looked like a pee stain with a hole in it. I went to the reception to complain, but the receptionist did not seem to care. When I complained that I paid around $600 for two nights but the hotel did not look in the pictures, the receptionist told me that he never even looked at their pictures. Then he gave me some clean sheets and told me to make the bed myself. Generally, I cannot say that the staff was unkind. They were nice. And the location is great: lots of restaurants nearby and an easy access to metro stations, but the hotel was bad. I’m including their pictures as opposed to my pictures.

Great spot with lots of food options nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was a terrible experience overall. The description on the website was nothing compared to the actual room. The air conditioning did not work, the window was broken, and both the tub and sink drained very slowly. There was also garbage and recycling still left in the cupboards when we arrived. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.

Première bonne surprise, nous avons été surclassés et avons bénéficié d'une chambre plus grande que prévue. La literie est très bien. La chambre est propre, mais le personnel fait ce qu'il peut compte tenu de la vétusté bien avancée de la chambre. Il y a de nombreux chocs sur les murs et dans le faux plafond. Le bas de la porte de la SDB était dans un état pitoyable (le bois est en partie arraché), tout comme les portes du placard. Malgré cela, pour une nuit, le rapport qualité prix reste intéressant. Je n'ai pas testé le pdj car trop tôt mais la serveuse qui était en train de préparer la salle m'a offert un café. Côté personnel, rien à redire.

Très mauvais accueil On me demande un supplément d’emblée en déclarant que suite à un bug sur le site de hôtels.com, le prix affiché n’était pas le bon. Ce n’est pas la première fois que cet établissement pratique cette manière Puis , face au refus, m’envoie vers un autre hôtel dans la rue. Inadmissible

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, estacion de metro en una esquina y otra estacion de metro en otra esquina. Restaurantes, bares y tiendas alrededor. El personal del hotel es muy amable. El desayuno es básico, pero tienes muchos lugares alrededor si tienes otras necesidades alimenticias. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, tal vez necesitan remodelación, pero para mi estuvo perfecta mi estancia. Sin duda me volvería a hopedar aquí.

The pictures are nothing like the rooms. They are small the bathroom had mold everywhere the toilet was broken there was no heat and the hallway lights didn’t turn off

La atención de David fue excepcional, el desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente, nuestro cuarto estuvo cómodo y baño renovado, con balcón a la calle. La zona es muy buena de fácil acceso al metro, renta de bicis y muuuchoos lugares donde comer, farmacia, y tienda muy cerca, fue una buena experiencia aunque solo llegábamos a dormir.

Entretien déplorable avec des négligences pouvant être graves. Petit déjeuner non exceptionnel

Quarto pequeno, mas funcional, com frigobar, diferencial de ter lugar para as toalhas com aquecimento que ajuda a secar nesse frio de Paris, fácil acesso ao metrô, aeroporto e principais atrações

Toujours agreable avec cet hotel!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a diversas estações de metrô e de trem. Tivemos dificuldades no funcionamento dos aquecedores, mas, apesar disso, a temperatura esteve sempre agradável. Único lado ruim é que o sofá cama era muito ruim, fazia muito barulho quando nos movimentávamos e afundava no meio do colchão, mas, tirando isso, nossa estadia foi ótima
