Convenient location, super friendly staff and clean room. Great breakfast was included and the front desk staff went above and beyond when I asked where to buy a postcard for me kids. They had purchased some to hand out to guests so they gave me one!

This hotel was wonderful, very close to the tram and bus stops with grocery right on the corner. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurant was very good. I would definitely recommend!

Total convenience available: Bakery across the street plus an ice cream/ gelato shop. Around the corner a convenience store and 2 blocks south a major shopping mall with movie theater and a diverse food court atop. Also 2 tram lines (1 to SNFC train & airport and a Westfield Mall / Gallery Lafayette ( also has a food court and famous brand names. Lyon does have UBER, no LYFT ... suggest not to use BOLT!! Great outdoor food market at metro Croix-Russe. I prefer to utilize the public transportation because you can view Lyon better.

Hotel was lovely, clean and had everything you needed in the room. Is in a really nice modern location in Lyon, not far from transport links, shopping and restaurants on the river front. Staff on reception were so nice, gave us some recommendations on what to do and provided a map of the city. We got there before check in time and asked to drop our bags, these were in our room ready when we go back instead of just being held in luggage storge which was a really nice touch. Would stay again if returning to Lyon.

Definitely not a 4* hotel. Not sure why it's rated such. Facilities are basic. Room has weird metal cross on it, if anything, it's very dangerous from health and safety perspective. Requested for room change, was denied. But the staff make up for it. Barring one man, everyone was very polite and extremely helpful. Particularly the two ladies, one French, one Italian (apologies don't know their names), were very considerate, gave lots of advice on places to visit, restaurants etc. Very positive experience that. Location is fine, can get a bit too quiet and full of noisy youngsters in the night. But good for runs and walks during the day.

This was a lovely place to stay for a short business trip. The staff were really kind, both fluent in English and allowing me to practice my French! The spa and jacuzzi are also excellent and highly recommended, with equally kind and professional staff. My only complaint is that the complimentary espresso pods and teabags weren't refreshed after my first night, so I ended up heading out across the road for a morning coffee on my second day. Otherwise, everything was spotless, welcoming, and comfy!

Easy walk to the train station and to shopping. The property has a damage deposit, but be aware and check, because there were already broken items in the room.
