Nice clean apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a nice kitchenette. Carrefour grocery is just around the corner, Champagne Mumm is nearly across the street, and it's a quick walk to central Reims. We were able to check in during desk hours on a weekday and had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again!

We missed that reception closes at 6pm. Our mistake.
We arrived in the evening and there were no instructions for "late" arrivals nor any self-checkin instructions. There was a phone number provided on the door (for emergencies) but we received no answer to our calls. We had received not a single word of instructions before arrival. I totally understand that some properties work with limited front office hours. Unfortunately this property doesn't bother to communicate with their guests ahead of arrival to prevent them from getting stranded in front of a closed door and provides no reply when onsite.

Was attending a Stranglers music concert in cartonniere so was nice and convenient for that . Kitchenette was well kitted out .
Only negative point which was the shower head which couldn’t be moved from pointing out of the Bath in a fixed position. So you had to hold on to it

Room was fine. The bed was decent. 2nd room with futon was perfect for the kid. The shower is small but the water is hot. Tiny TV, but we didn't watch it. Breakfast is available but must be reserved the day before. The location is a bit off the path, but not too far out of the way to walk to the city center. Good value 2 room / 2 bath for a family trip.

Hotel had small rooms with basic features. Location is in commercial / industrial area near the cemetery and the railway station. Laundry facilities are available but instructions are only in French. Car parking is free in the street in front, if you can find a spot. We had no problems but had to walk about 100m to hotel. City and restaurants about 15 - 20 minute walk away. Hotel was quiet and reasonably clean. Ok for 1 or 2 night stay, but no longer.

This hotel is basic in some respects and not in the prettiest neighbourhood. However, it's cheap, the bedrooms are modern and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and it's within easy walking distance of the city centre. There is free on-street parking (limited number of spaces), or an underground garage for a small extra fee. Breakfast is simple but adequate. There are no other facilities, such as a lounge, bar, etc. But if you just want a clean place for the night, it does that job well. Note that the reception closes at 6:30pm, so if you're going to arrive after that time, you need to phone ahead.

The hotel was going through a significant re-fit but that didn't affect our stay. The location is excellent close to Champagne houses. It's a apartment hotel without reception so you are a little on your own at weekends. Instructions on entry were really clear, so no problems. It was a 10-15 minute walk into downtown Reims and restaurants/bars a plenty
