Always clean and comfortable and whenever we have stayed we have always used the pool and most times had it completely to ourselves the restaurant on site serves good food though a little limited on choice would definately stay again is well worth the price

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were all excellent and the pool was a super bonus. The breakfast was good and the lunch and dinner available at the affiliated restaurant were also excellent. The lounge and bar area were very comfortable and the parking in front of your door was a bonus as well.

This is a perfectly nice hotel. It has a small bar and even though it was Easter Monday and everything was closed they opened it up for us to get a drink. We would have liked to eat at the restaurant just next door, but it was closed. This isn't a destination hotel, but if you need a comfortable place to sleep with very nice staff and a decent breakfast, this place is very nice.

Accueil à la réception efficace et tres organisé. Pas de perte de temps après avoir fait 700km dans la journée c était très apprécié. Petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts. Le restaurant très bien et très bon, nous étions 10 à table le service était rapide Les chambres sont très petites. Pas de place pour poser 2 valises, et pourtant chambre pour 2 personnes Wifi dans les chambre 13 et 14 ne fonctionnait pas.

Hotel room was very new only let down by a door which was difficult to lock and the fact there are no windows in the rooms. There is an exterior door and a shutter which can be lowered at night and the door left open if you like a bit of fresh air. Cleanliness was good but some of the cleaners occasionally forgot to leave things, either the water/biscuits/cups or stirrers. You will need a car if staying here, there is an on site restaurant but it was overpriced for the quality of food in my opinion, but maybe I just went on a bad night. I did not use the gym or pool but they looked very clean. Also known as 'Les Trois Colonnes' and the postcode takes you past the hotel then tries to direct you into the centre of Malay le Grand, so ignore it. Reception closes at 11pm so make sure you advise them if arriving later and they will leave your key hidden also the gate is locked so you will need the code (this also changes weekly, which I was not told). The receptionists are very helpful and will speak English if asked, laundry is handed in at reception by the bag full and very reasonably priced. Good hotel for business travellers.

Bathroom and toilet were separate but the bathroom smelt like a sewer the room was OK but for a deluxe room I would have expected to have air con. The swimming pool was nice as was the restaurant but on leaving we left behind my partners swimming costume we did try returning to see if it had been handed in but the man on the desk was quite dismissive and rude to my partner so overall not the best of stays

Wir sind abends nach über 1.000 km Autofahrt im Hotel angekommen und mussten aufgrund einer nicht funktionierenden Zimmerkarte insgesamt dreimal bei Minusgraden zur Rezeption zurückgehen, die nur über den Außenbereich erreichbar und zudem weit von den Zimmern entfernt ist. Erst beim dritten Versuch wurde uns schließlich ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Noch gravierender ist jedoch der mangelhafte Kundenservice. Für meine Rückreise habe ich versehentlich ein falsches Datum gebucht und das Hotel mehrfach kontaktiert, um das Datum korrigieren zu lassen. Bis heute gab es keinerlei Reaktion, obwohl der Betrag umgehend abgebucht wurde. Die Buchung ist inzwischen verfallen, ohne dass auf meine Nachrichten eingegangen wurde. Bereits bei einer früheren Reise in diesem Jahr erhielten wir ein nicht gereinigtes Zimmer vom vorherigen Gast. Zwar gab es eine Entschuldigung und ein Upgrade, dennoch dürfen solche organisatorischen und hygienischen Mängel in einem Hotel nicht passieren. Insgesamt sind Service und Organisation katastrophal. Aufgrund dieser wiederholten negativen Erfahrungen ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.
