Located close to the eiffel tower (+/- 15 minutes walk) or just simply take the metro right in front of the hotel. Check-in was no hassle. Rooms were very, very clean. Reception was very helpful about basically everything. Breakfast could use more variation on choices but it’s on the alright side. Had an amazing stay in paris on this hotel💕

Such a friendly hotel. The team were fantastic. We arrived very late & the gentleman on reception very kindly printed out a list of the main sites with emojis, including the winter wonderland, for my 11 yr old girls. They absolutely loved the list and ticked off the sites on our trip. Thank you VERY much. We will be back. Excellent friendly service throughout our stay!! Thank you all

Our first time in Paris for my daughters special birthday and this hotel made it extra special. Our rooms on the 6th floor had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower which I would highly recommend. The room was spotless and my daughter’s room was decorated upon my request, which she loved. They provided a complimentary cocktail for us all which was a lovely surprise. Ideally located, only a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower with some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would we return, 100% yes, thank you to the team.

Service was top notch ! While we were waiting to checkin, we were offered the drinks of our choice. The location is central to many of the key attractions allowing us to walk to all of them. Definitely an upscale boutique feel to the hotel. Will definitely stay there next time we’re in Paris.

Pictures on hotels.com and website are deceiving. Way too expensive for condition of the hotel. Should be less than € 200 a night. The room was the size expected but it smelled of cigarette smoke and sewage. The location of the hotel is in a scary looking area. Several homeless people sleeping in stoops and hassle you to and from the tram. There was a mold infestation in the bathroom, see photos of ceiling and walls. The toilet seat needs changed, has stains and was gross to use, see photos. If you book the third or fourth floor with Eiffel Tower view you will also see above ground tram rail, photo of this too. The hallways are dark and dingy and the carpet is sticky and stained in the room and hallways.

It was located close to metro and Eiffel Tower and was very quiet. There was plenty restaurants etc in walking distance. Hotel room is quite small and tight quarters and doors to other rooms extremely close. Hotel rooms could use some updating could see wear and tear in areas especially bathroom.

Fairly average. No fridge, iron or ironing board in the room. Don’t expect too much from the service, we had to go down to reception and back to borrow an adapter. For almost £300 a night I expected a lot more.

We loved the location close to the metro and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood felt safe with a few shops and plenty of places to eat. On Wednesday there was a farmers market under the metro line. We had two rooms one on the metro side of the building with a partial view of the tower and you didn’t hear the train. The other was on the backside of the building. The building is French! The elevator and halls are tight. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for Europe and once the AC was running cold! We got daily housekeeping which is rare now in the US. Breakfast offered both hot and continental options. Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke better English than I will ever speak French! I’d definitely recommend and stay again should I have the chance!
